My place is close to the city and University with a great panorama of the surrounding harbour, hills and ocean. Restaurants and cafes are all within a short walking distance, only a 5 min walk to the main street of Dunedin - leave your car in the onsite car park. You’ll love my place because of the central location, art deco architecture with a modern renovation including new kitchen, bathroom, double glazing, heat pumps, tv and wifi. Cafés, restaurants, and charming bars abound. Complimentary one-hour introduction to wheel-thrown ceramics is offered to interested guests.
