Approx 10-15 mins drive from Dunedin city centre and 3 mins to historic Port Chalmers and some of the best beaches and coastal scenery Otago has to offer all nearby.

Stylishly renovated in Roslyn, this two-bedroom, north-west facing 1950s house captures the sun. Sit on the deck, look out over the luscious garden, and watch the sunset. There is a restaurant, two cafes, pizzeria, and Chinese takeaway in Roslyn Village as well as a supermarket, pharmacy, barber, hairdresser and nail salon. All just 5 minutes walk away. Stone Cottage built in the 1870s. It has been renovated with new full kitchen. It is situated only 10-15 mins drive to the centre of town and very close to the Peninsula tourist spots including Larnachs Castle etc. Only 2mins drive to Tautuku fishing club. Tea and coffee is supplied and has full kitchen facilities. Set in a beautiful rural setting on a working farm. Some sea views. Popular restaurants close by. The cottage is positioned next to our house but is very quiet and private.

Roselle Farm Cottage on the Otago Peninsula

Roselle Farm Cottage resides beside a farm paddock encompassing pasture, garden, and harbour views. There are sheep and sometimes lambs that you can pat and feed. The Royal Albatross Centre, Little Blue Penguins, Penguin Place, and Larnach Castle are 15-minute drive from the cottage. We are close to many beautiful beaches that host sea lions and seals. There are many great walks with scenic views. It is a self-contained cottage with everything you need for cooking and washing.
