Looked just like the pictures, great amenities, very comfortable stay. From hairdryer and hair straightener, iron etc. I would definitely stay again!

Professional host and clean and enjoyable house

I’ve booked this place for a long stay (one month) while I was looking for a permanent accommodation in the city and I can surely say it was a great choice. the place is located conveniently close to the city centre (15 minutes on foot) and exactly in front of a bus stop serving line 22. the furniture is fairly new and well maintained, with a comfortable bed, massive smart TV and small but complete kitchen. The host is very friendly and available for any need at all times (I had a small issue with the front door and he had no problem showing up on sunday night immediately after asking him for help). he’s also immediately responsive via chat. all in all, absolutely recommend place for stays of any length, longer ones especially.

I had a wonderful time at Kintail House! The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The check-in process was easy, and the location was perfect. The host was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay again.

Great flat in a great location. We had a lovely weekend in Dundee. The flat is very central and was just a short walk from the train station. We found all Dundee's museums and attractions within easy walking distance. I'd definitely recommend and would stay again.

We were so lucky to find this place. It’s situated right in the city centre, easy access to parking and all the shops. The apartment was very quiet, and was a large space for us all to chill. Next time we are in Dundee we will definitely use this space again.

Would highly recommend such a location for a small group or family getaway, peaceful location with large garden area. Easy access to all surrounding locations such as Carnoustie, Montrose, Dundee etc. Host Louise makes you feel right at home and the house itself is fantastic. We'll certainly be back in the future.

If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Dundee, stay here! Absolutely stunning property; beautifully designed and equipped with everything you could need. It's in a great location, peaceful with ample parking, but not far from Dundee. It was easy to explore further afield from here too. The design of the house and garden means there's plenty of space - Mum loved the summerhouse! The beds were so comfy, (we only had a short fight over who got the master bedroom!) and both bathrooms were wonderful. Communication was great throughout, really responsive to any questions we had and there was a great online guide to the house and local area which we found really useful. Can't wait to return!

This was our second stay at the Lodge and everything was as good the second time around. A lovely setting, with views across to the sea, loads of space inside the property (which is very comfortable and well-presented) and great facilities too. It offers peace and quiet but is also just a short walk or drive from Carnoustie with its beach, shops, restaurants and (if you are travelling with kids) a great adventure playground. Brian and Matt were great hosts (again). We hope to be back again before long!

This place was perfect for us! I brought my 80 year old mother to visit Scotland and the accommodations were excellent! It was a great home base to go visit the places we wanted to. It was beautiful, with peaceful, quiet surroundings, which fit perfectly in our plan for us. Our hosts were helpful and kind, even responding to needs that they noticed, like bringing a longer HDMI cable for me to hook my computer up to the TV. They also had wheelchair ramps for the house which made it so easy for me to get my mother around. There were 4 of us ladies and the bedrooms matched what we need with the connecting bathrooms. Loved this place...it was a slice of heaven for us!

The cottage exudes a warm welcome for the moment you step thru the door. The tasteful decor is gentle and comforting, with intriguing art work! I had a great stay in Hamish's apartment. Very easy check in using the keybox and everything was lovely and clean in the apartment. No problem at all with parking, always some spaces available either outside the block or in one of the adjacent streets. What a beautiful little town Broughty Ferry is - 5 minutes walk to the beach, lots of pubs, cafe's, bar and restaurants all within walking distance. Hamish is a lovely chap and responds quickly to any questions or problems.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant 2 week stay. We drove and the location was quite close to the city center, shops, and free parking was easily accessible on the street. The apartment was very clean and everything worked well. Our host Asif was super responsive to questions.

Ann was the perfect host, really communicative and friendly in all her messages. The accommodation was superb, fantastic open plan living space which was great for family all being together for New Year. Facilities and amenities in the flat were first rate, we’ve stayed in a few Air BnB properties in Broughty Ferry and Ann’s has been one of the top ones! Looking forward to future stays here. Thanks for making our stay to visit family in The Ferry so easy!
