This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Kula Milica is around 300 years old Dalmatian, family stone house renovated since 2015. and adapted for a pleasant stay. Stone and wood dominate the house for a nice and cosy ambient. It has fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV + Netflix, Wi-Fi, two large terraces each with dining tables, parking space, barbecue, swimming pool and an outdoor shower.
