Looking for a healthy dose of tranquility and adventure at your doorstep? Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.

Enjoy my clean and comfy flat with two bedrooms, an office, a full kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom (toilet/wc in separate room from shower/sink). The top 3rd floor apartment is located in the best neighborhood in SF-Duboce Triangle! Many people are surprised by how cool it is in SF, but it has been getting quite warm on average! That is why I have installed AC units in the bedrooms, kitchen, and living room. Beat the heat and stay comfortable!
