Our cosy studio is very central while being outside of the city centre. It's in a gated premises with your own private gated entrance also. Great for events in the RDS, Landsdowne Road, Bord Gais Theatre and 3 Arena. The bus stop both to & from the city centre is only a few meters from the door, as well as the Dart (train) which is 5 minutes walk. Journey into the city centre takes approximately 10 to 15 mins, grocery stores 10 mins walking distance & bars & restaurants. Free parking for 1 car.

We are walking distance to local shops, supermarkets, chemists & restaurants. We have private driveway with parking for 1 or 2 cars. We have long back garden with large deck area. We have deck tables, chairs with seat covers. Adrian and I are a mature couple who are renting out our home while we travel.

The apartment is 15 minutes from the city centre.
