Overlook the City's Rooftops at a Bright, Bohemian Haven

In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. De woning is gelegen in een klein dorpje tussen Gent en Brugge. De woning ligt net naast onze woning. Er is totale privacy. Er is een aparte ingang , een klein terras aan de ingang. De benedenverdieping bestaat uit een ruime living met salon en Tv. Voor derde persoon is er een volwaardig bed in de living. Er is een ingerichte keuken met frigo, oven en microgolf en eettafel. Er een toilet op het gelijkvloers . Op de eerste verdieping is er een slaapkamer met badkamer met lavabo, douche en toilet.

Vanuit ons centraal gelegen appartement ligt het gezellige levendige Gent binnen handbereik. De gezellige en veilige buurt biedt een 7/7 supermarkt, winkels, bars, restaurants, nachtwinkel (allen op 1 min) en een groen stadspark met speeltuin in de onmiddelijke omgeving. De straat is verkeersarm en dus opvallend rustig. Het appartement biedt alle comfort.

Dankzij de vlotte bereikbaarheid en de nabijheid van de autosnelweg is het de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor zowel stadsbezoeken als uitstapjes in de regio. Op wandel- en fietsafstand vind je de prachtige Leie, ideaal voor ontspannende wandelingen of fietstochten langs het water.

De studio werd net helemaal gerestaureerd en is erg gezellig ingericht en voorzien van alle faciliteiten om uw verblijf aangenaam te maken. Dicht bij de tram en ook parking op enkele meters. Verschillende winkels en restaurants in de buurt.

Oasis of tranquillity for hikers, bicyclists and nature lovers, where pets are more than welcome. (a bit difficult for bigger dogs, there are stairs to climb) Situated along cycle route 70, in the middle of nature and yet close to the historical cities of Ghent, Bruges, Courtrai and Antwerp. Enjoy the fresh country air! In our street you can hear chickens cluck, donkeys bray and there are even sheep, cows and only kind people.
