Charming and tranquil two bedroom home located in central Sarasota. This adorable bungalow is just 6 miles from world famous Siesta Key Beach. Located on a quiet street you are just minutes from great restaurants and shopping. The house is an adorable bungalow with a sweet cottage feel inside. The backyard is private with a fence all around. You can enjoy laying in the hammock and by night sit around the fire pit. There is an outdoor shower with cold and hot water to enjoy.

City Garden Cottage is a cozy and comfortable cottage located in the quiet Laurel Park neighborhood in Sarasota, only a few blocks from downtown. The studio is surrounded by lush gardens and trees. Inside you will find a kitchenette, equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, and hot plate. The studio also has a flat-screen TV, a queen bed & private bathroom. There is also shared use a gas grill and fire pit included with the rental.

All the basics are supplied to make your stay more comfortable and your trips to the beach more fun! The backyard is private, secluded, and includes a hot tub, lounge area, a heated and private outdoor shower, fire-pit table, and grill.
