House was exactly pictured very nice! Kids loved the pool! Everything was in walking distance 10 minutes from #1 beach Siesta Beach. We could walk to many restaurants. Chuck and Kendra were very nice also he took us on his boat for a dolphin & sunset cruise very reasonably priced highly recommended! We had such a great stay and we would definitely book with Kayla again in the future ! Great Host Thank you Kayla! 😊

Our trip to Bradenton and Casey’s property was fantastic! We were there for a cheer completion and it accommodated many of the girls on our team and families. The kitchen is well stocked with anything needed for cooking, between the house and the casita, there was plenty of room to spread out, and the pool was stocked with toys, floats, and plenty of seating! There was also anything you need for a good day the beach, couldn’t ask for more! Casey was also a great host. He responded to any of my questions right away and was extremely helpful. If we come back to Bradenton, we’ll be here again!

Can’t say enough good things about the house and Steven. The house was beautiful, it was everything we could’ve wanted and to have the additional beach supplies readily available was amazing! Steven answered so quickly and was happy to help however he could. 10/10 for us!!

This is our second year of staying here. Our hosts were very helpful and even left us little treats to welcome us. We arrived on November 8th, 2024. Weeks prior to arrival, they kept us updated on the progress of Hurricane cleanup. Their home is the perfect location. You can enjoy the ocean just across the street or the pool and hot tub with a view of the channel. Their home is clean and includes so many items that would need on this vacation. They were always willing to answer our questions as well as suggestions to make our trip even better. We feel perfectly at home here and can't wait to return next year.

We had a wonderful visit to Casey Key while staying at Christopher and Michelle's place. The pool and hot tub are great amenities and the house was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and comfortable and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to return soon!

We had an excellent stay here. The location was excellent as it was right on the Gulf. Our family loved the screened-in lanai. The lanai is right off the master bedroom, so we would open the slider and listen to the waves as we fell asleep. Beach was beautiful and just steps away. Cindy was very kind and messaged me during our stay to see if we needed anything. The condo was spacious, and there was lots of room for storage. Condo has great location- less than 4 miles to Publix and close to restaurants/shopping at St Armands Circle. We would love to stay here again in the future and definitely recommend!!

We loved our Spring Break stay at Helen and Hannah’s condo. The condo and the complex are beautiful and everyone was very friendly. A lot of retirees were around for the week, but a few families too. Our 15-year old enjoyed it too and we made daily use of the tennis court, pool and grill. The location is very convenient and is a bit away from the main Spring Break area and beach, but we like the peace. Thank you very much and we’ll consider returning again.

We loved the pool and hot tub. Ben was very responsive when I asked about if there was a speaker we could use and he dropped one off at the front door within minutes. Great location and price was reasonable. We would Definately stay again!

What a great stay for our entire family! We found the location was great - just a short walk/bike ride to Holmes Beach. We got everywhere on the island via golf carts. And really enjoyed the pool back at the house. Kathleen was a great host!

I visited Sarasota with my family from the state of Rhode Island from April 4 to April 7 and we stayed at Jason’s & Laura house and it was an amazing experience. The house was very clean and organized. The house is located on a great neighborhood, super safe and great amenities. The house was stocked with beach supplies like beach chairs, beach towels, a boogie board and a beach cooler that was so nice. The house was exactly what we were expecting, I would recommended to everyone. Thank you Josh and laura.

Chris was a very responsive host. During our stay he spent a day working on his boat in the back. He was very friendly, but also respected our privacy. The house met all of our expectations and our kids loved the pool. The neighborhood was great to walk through and each house offered fantastic curb appeal. With 3 kids under the age of 6, the 10-12 minute walk to the beach was a little long, but Chris’ wagon and beach supplies helped! The golf cart would have been ideal, but without a place to park near the beach we didn’t have much use for it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the entire family agrees we’d love to go back. Such a lovely stay! Very homey and well decorated without feeling cluttered. Loads of room to spread out and terrific natural light. The beds were extremely comfortable. We were delighted by how walkable the neighborhood was and the street is super charming and quiet.

Romualda’s home was very clean, beautiful, and modern. She was very communicated from the time we booked the AirBnb, to the time we checked in, and the time we checked out. We felt right at home as she had many ameneties that were offered and more. We will definately book again next time we are in town.

Yvonne couldn't have been more responsive, helpful and accommodating for our group of 5. She had great recommendations for things to do. The pool was wonderful and was used every day. It was great to have 3 bathrooms for 5 women. Would definitely book again with her!

We had everything we needed for a family Easter celebration! There was plenty of space. The location is very close to siesta key and Melissa provides towels and beach chairs. We will rent here again!

Thanks again for hosting my family and I. It was the perfect staycation for us. The backyard is the best part of the house. It was a great set up to hang in the pool and be able to watch the football games.

We had a great time! the pool was amazing, everything was very clean and we had everything that we needed while we were there.

This was a Great place to stay for 5 adults and two toddlers. I greatly appreciated the doorbell ding every time the downstairs door opened as it alerted me if one of my children was on their way to the pool. It was just enough space for all of us and really any location on Anna Maria Island is great. The house is only a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach access point, though we had a golf cart and chose to drive a little further away to our beach spot. The pool was small but perfect for us and we requested pool heat on arrival and someone came immediately to do that for us, which was greatly appreciated. The outdoor pool area was great with an Outdoor tv and kitchenette area which we used every day after the pool. There were a few beach supplies, though a few of the chairs were broken so we did end up purchasing one which we left at the house. There also was no beach umbrella which we also bought and left at the house. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice, but my only complaint was that the downstairs bathroom was missing its mirror and there weren’t really any extra blankets for the beds they all only had two sheets and one small blanket. I know a cleaning crew had cleaned the house after the previous renters, but the floors were definitely not cleaned and our fleet all were completely black within 10 minutes of being at the house (leaving this in review so this can be addressed with the cleaning crew). All in all we had a wonderful vacation and would definitely rent from Duncan again!

We had a wonderful time at Andrew's house! The backyard was the highlight for us; the pool area surrounded by beautiful tropical plants. I really wish there was a hammock so I could take a nap under the palm trees! The house is a short drive to the famous Siesta Key Beach, and it also even comes with beach chairs, which was super convenient. I definitely recommend it!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The house was a perfect fit for our family. The layout was great, comfortable rooms, kitchen was complete with everything you need for cooking. Perfect location to walk to beach and Siesta Village with shops and restaurants. Place was very clean and backyard was perfection. Scott was super responsive also.

Our family had a great time! The house and pool are awesome. And the location is great! Walk to the beach, the Ugly Grouper, bait shop, convenience store, fresh seafood store, etc. Hosts are proactive but not intrusive. Highly recommend!
