Super responsive when we needed something. The place was very clean and perfect for our stay during the conference. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our week's stay. We had everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. We walked daily on Frankfort Avenue and took the Tarc bus a few times. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Short distance from the airport. We will stay here again on our next trip to Louisville.

Devion was very friendly and responsive to questions I had. Apartment was as described. Our stay was peaceful and comfortable. We never made it to the rooftop to overlook the river but maybe next time I would definitely stay there again.

Staying here was such a pleasure! We were here the entire week and it had all the amenities we needed. First, having a desk with a monitor I could connect to was unexpected and huge for me. The kitchen had all we needed and Brittany left us Louisville treats. The Nespresso machine was a really nice touch and pods, sugar, and creamer were in full supply. The bed was comfy and big. The hangers were nice and nonslip for our formal wear. The medicine cabinet gave us space to put all our toiletries in. We had a washer and dryer and pods to use! Very quiet space except for the train but it does not blow its horn. Everything is so well thought out with all the special touches! Brittany was extremely responsive and helpful! Having shops nearby was fantastic. I would highly recommend and stay again!

What a great place to stay! The house is very nice, very clean and has everything you’ll need. The house is conveniently located close to great shops and restaurants in Jeffersonville and only a five minute easy drive to downtown Louisville. Noel was a great host! He provided all kinds of suggestions/information about the house/the area and responded immediately to any questions I had. I highly recommend this place for your trip to Jeffersonville or Louisville!!

We had a great stay here during our daughter’s volleyball tournament. Very clean, spacious, and quiet. Location was also perfect, right near the highway so we could get to the Expo center easily. Brandon is a great host. We would stay here again!

Stayed here for Derby weekend and was everything we needed and then some for a very reasonable price as compared to similar listings. Hoss was very friendly and communicated quickly whenever we needed something; he went above and beyond to make this a memorable and welcoming stay for us.

This house we great for large groups. We originally had 11 people coming but ended up with only 8. The house was older with a ton of character. It looks like it is a very up and coming neighborhood that has had a lot of work done to it. We came in for a work trip at the expo center and this house was only a 5 minute drive to it each day. Hot tub was awesome and back yard was nice. Will look at renting this house again for next years convention.

The 5 of us all really liked Alberto's home. It was nicely furnished, comfortable with plenty of seating for us all, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were more than enough blankets and towels. The backyard is very private and Alberto left us some firewood for the firepit which we enjoyed after a long day of walking, sightseeing, and tasting bourbons. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance and the cemetery where M. Ali is buried is basically 2 blocks away. We all agreed that we would stay at this Air B & B again should we find ourselves in Louisville in the future.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and Luke’s house was perfect for what we needed. The location was great and the accommodations were perfect!

Lovely apartment, clean and comfortable. The bed and the linens were so over the top luxurious, we slept so well. Great location.

Awesome stay, condo is super chill and has everything you need, we felt right at home! Probably the best guidebook I've ever seen in terms of instructions and recommendations, very helpful! Neighborhood is great, walking distance to a ton of restaurants/bars/breweries, and a quick Uber to downtown or Churchill Downs. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in town, thanks for everything Matt!

I came out to Louisville to visit my sister who was having a baby. This place was super convenient for us since it was so close to the hospital. It was easy to get in and all the rooms were super clean. I definitely would come back to stay again!

This place was great! Very clean, modern, and in a good area. It was walkable distance to restaurants and bars or a short drive to some of the other areas we really like in Louisville. Had all the amenities we needed, and would be good for a longer stay as well. Had waters waiting for us in the fridge and provided coffee which is nice! We would definitely stay here again.

One of the best accommodations we've found. The condo was in a fantastic location. Walkable to more places than we had time to visit. Super clean and well maintained with everything to make you feel right at home. The host was great to communicate with and instructions were spot on. The gated parking is convenient and very secure. We would definitely stay here again so don't hesitate to book John's condo!
