The Burb Inn - Near Nulu and Downtown

The Burb Inn is a hip place to stay in the Phoenix Hill/NULU district of Louisville. Walking distance to top rated restaurants, bars, and attractions. Great place to host a group of friends, family or smaller bachelor party. Includes private yard & fire pit as well. Upon entering there is a living area perfect for entertaining with 16’ ceiling & sleeping loft above the kitchen area. Upstairs has two bedrooms with queen beds each with private half bath. There is a separate private shower room.

Butchertown’s Historic Shantyboathouse

Welcome to the Shantyboathouse! Featured twice in the Courier-Journal, this property is uniquely one-of-kind and boasts a story even the Louisville Landmarks Commission couldn’t deny; which is why they awarded the property an historical plaque in 2019! The original newspaper article from 1976, the previous owners stated “The neighborhood legend about this house is that it just floated up the river in the ‘37 flood and somebody just built a foundation under it! They call it ‘the shanty boat’!

2 br home, walking distance to much entertainment

Home is located in the historic Irish Hill neighborhood, just a short walk to popular Baxter Ave and Bardstown Rd., famous for its restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife. Downtown is a quick drive away, lots of bars and distilleries are walking distance. Home built in 1879, entirely renovated with a modern kitchen, fully fenced backyard, private parking and a lovely fire pit. You will have a master bedroom with a king size bed and your own bathroom with jetted tub, very relaxing. Thank you!

The Carriage House is ready for you to hit the track! Our Carriage House is warm and inviting to guests from all over. We are located close to downtown, Central Park, UofL, & the Bardstown Road corridor. There are many unique shops, restaurants, bars, & places to visit close by, and some are walkable in warmer weather. The House with the Orange Door

Located near Churchill Downs, UofL, downtown, the Convention Center and Fairgrounds, and a short distance to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. This single family home offers two bedrooms with queen beds and a pull-out couch in the living room. Enjoy coffee or a relaxing evening cocktail on the back deck. The kitchen is fully equipped and the open living space provides a great area for socializing. Locally made art and decor is on display, adding to the uniqueness of the space.

The Saddle Inn has everything you need for your upcoming stay. Situated in the heart of the city and walking distance to the best restaurants and bars in town, you are booking convenience when you book our home. This house has vintage Kentucky flare with modern furnishings & updates. It boasts 3 bedrooms, a 2 story patio, hot tub, fire pit, ping-pong table, shuffleboard, and all the bourbon barrels one can hope for in Kentucky. There's no better location than this one.

This house just went under a full renovation! Everything is new and awaits your stay. This property is only .4 miles away from the historic Churchill Downs! A quick Uber or cab ride will get you to 4th Street Live, the Highlands, Frankfort Ave, and many more attractions. We are also only 1.9 miles away from the Kentucky Fair and Expo Center which hosts events every week, concerts, Kentucky Kingdom amusement park, and the state fair.
