Farm in the City

A little piece of the country in the city. The property was originally a small dairy farm until the 1940s. Only two acres remain but they are full of lots of charm and character. When you enter guest house you enter down a step and into the living room. Where you’ll find a a little entry space with mirror, table and coat rack. To the right is cozy living space with Sofa, chair and tv. Parts of the house have 12 foot ceilings that give it a very open but cozy feel. Through the living room you’ll enter the kitchen and then dinette area looking out to the deck. To the right you’ll find the bedroom and bathroom. The home has a cozy farmhouse feel with lots of natural light but can easily be closed with blinds and curtains throughout. It’s very clean and recently remodeled. Most furniture is new with a few antique pieces. You’ll have your own driveway, parking pad and private entry. You have access to WiFi throughout, cable tv and Netflix. Full kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, oven, stove, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, pantry and lots of cabinet space. You have bar area to eat at or can pull open table under mirror. The bedroom has a comfortable queen mattress with all new bedding. You’ll find the bedroom very calming and peaceful for a good nights rest. For clothing storage we have armoire and walk in closet with shelf/hangers. The bathroom has full size tub and shower plus plenty of cabinet storage. I provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels and wash clothes. You’ll find ironing board and iron in walk in closet. Washer and dryer are in front of parking pad with double doors and I provide washing detergent. You’ll have access to backyard if you want to use fire pit, grill or picnic bench. The back deck is an amazing place to watch the sunset after a long day. We have an outside table sitting four with large canvas umbrella. Plenty of outdoor lights to brighten up space which you can control. Located in the midtown area and close to 630 you’re minutes from everything! I live just next door so usually always around if have any questions!

The full bathroom has a double Jacuzzi tub. Hayward also has a private bonus room & free Wifi.

Quaint quiet cul-de-sac centrally located. Perks include secluded covered outdoor area and a loaded breadbox. BR #1 TV and half bath, and a massage chair in BR #2. 20 minutes from airport, ROKU Netflix, Prime and local channels. Guests use personal codes for other TV choices, 2 bedrooms, full size beds, bath and a half, sunroom/office prepped for sleeping upon request. No special events such as weddings receptions or parties. Property for guests with top ratings from other hosts. No pets.

Any detection of weed, cigarette, vape, cigar inside the unit will be charged $200 after the stay. No exceptions.

The Green Mile - Comfortable home in Little Rock

Green Mile is an open floor plan, pet-friendly home with many modern conveniences you would like in a 2009 built energy-star efficiency home. Home is rustically furnished Japanese theme w/ new network technology to deliver WiFi while you stay just twenty minutes north of Little Rock and a mile away from Little Rock Air Force Base. Three bedrooms have beds, the fourth is a home office but can sleep on provided air mattress. Two bed sets are bunk beds, one bunk bed set is full sized adult.

Cozy Retreat: Has private half bathroom

If you’re looking for a great place to relax, look no further. Enjoy our country setting, and the deer and other animals who visit us at night. We have a coffee bar with pastries, water, cereal, an ice maker, a mini fridge with breakfast sandwiches, drinks and fruit. We have closed the kitchen to guest. We had a few problems with guests taken our food and not cleaning up after themselves. We have a 35 pound Cocker Spaniel named Mack. He loves our guests and is extremely friendly.
