Boise Co-op grocery & deli across the street, & convenience store next door. The apartment has a separate entrance, queen bed & a couch that folds down. Kitchen has a small fridge/freezer, oven, microwave & coffee maker. Wifi & Netflix. Limited parking on street. We do not live on the property, but will be available as needed.

Very cozy, centrally located Phillippi Place on the Bench! Close to the airport, shopping, downtown, & restaurants. Home features: private fenced patio area, central heating, and air. "No Guests" Rule: Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No visitors, local or otherwise.
