You'll have easy access to an array of fantastic local attractions such as the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Williams, Sunset Crater, Wupatki, and more.

The Brannen-Devine House

This adorable, fully-fenced, cottage home built in 1892 is known to the people of Flagstaff as the Brannen-Devine Home. This treasured piece of history has been completely restored and renovated in 2019-2020 and is part of the National Registry. It houses brand new furnishings, and is equipped with what guests need to have a pleasant vacation. The home is also within walking distance to the ever-popular downtown. Destinations such as Historic Brewing Co., and the Lumberyard are a block away.

With an open floor plan, a kid area, and the patio with private back yard, we have the space to accommodate a group or family up to 10 guests. Between Northern Arizona University and Downtown Flagstaff, parking for 5 cars and blocks from major transit hubs, this house will easily serve as a home base for your visit.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! My wonderful downtown home is less than 5 minute walk to Heritage Square at the heart of Historic Downtown Flagstaff. It is also 1 block away from Wheeler Park (where they host wonderful festivals & summer farmer’s markets). The FUTS (Flagstaff Unified Trail System) is also 1 minute away for runners! This is a really more of a 3 room home! Two are proper bedrooms with Queen beds and the third is the large living room with a door for total privacy, with twin bed.

This opens to a private patio and yard area with two large Adirondack chairs and a gas grill. The bed room has a high-end latex foam mattress and a fold down futon couch. The kitchen is fully equipped. Washer and dryer in the garage, plenty of storage for gear with 220V EV plug-in
