Seth’s beautiful home was an amazing place to stay. It was pristine and close to so many places, yet you still had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The house was beautiful with a great layout and so much space for all of us. Seth was a wonderful host and I would highly recommend his home. I definitely will be renting his space again!

My family stayed here for a long weekend. The house listing was accurate. It was great that they had a high chair and a pack and play available for our youngest.

Immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. A well-furnished kitchen. Bakery, coffee, groceries, restaurants, and a malt shop all within 15 minutes walking distance or less. A charming, safe, and very walkable neighborhood. Nine-minute drive from the heart of downtown, and easy access to Des Moines' extensive network of bike paths. Tonya is a very responsive and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and wanted extra room to be able to relax. We were able to have some home cooked meals, the kids were able to burn off steam, and everyone got a good nights sleep! Hosts were prompt and friendly with a water heater issue and were flexible with our checkout time when we got tournament details late in the evening. Would recommend and stay again!

Stayed a week for the State Fair. Very clean, well stocked and mostly new/renovated. Beds were comfy. One was considerably low to the floor, about 8”, a little tuff getting up & down. The driveway and street is narrow. Neighbors parked on street made backing out difficult with large truck. Disappointed with the screened in back patio. It was uncharacteristically dirty with leaves and debris. Washer & dryer in basement, well lit and very clean. WiFi worked great. Plenty of hot water. We would stay again.

Two of us in town for a memorial service and gathering of friends. The place was great-perfect size-two bedrooms worked for us perfectly-cute place. Minor point is a bathroom typical of these little homes, with a toilet literally right next to the tub/shower with only an inch or two to spare on the sides-made for some interesting "negotiating!" But as I said, this is minor. Shower great! Located in a great neighborhood, peaceful, safe to walk, close to a mall and restaurants etc. Be aware there is a basement tenant- took us by surprise but that was because we didn't read the description fully! They were super quiet and we barely knew anyone else was there. Their apartment is separate from the unit. Definitely recommend the place and Josh was quick to respond to any questions we had. Great front porch for sitting and watching the world, lots of windows, good linens and towels, extra blankets, easy on street parking., Keurig, so very quiet-we would rent again in a heartbeat....

Great location. Close to Drake Univ neighborhood and a stone's throw from the highway and minutes to about anywhere you want to be in Des Moines! Cozy, comfortable, spacious and amenities were stocked! Would stay again!

Super communication avec Jesse a été très réactif pour répondre à nos questions et nous donner toutes les instructions. Petit bémol sur le matelas que l'on n'a pas trouvé confortable.

This is place is in a fantastic location with easy access to downtown DSM. I enjoyed my stay here and the walking convenience to great coffee shops, lunch, and dinner.

Dan's place is great for anyone looking to stay in downtown Des Moines. Being located next to 801 Grand makes it a short walk to the Western Gateway area, Court Avenue and even the East Village. The unit was just as described, and Dan was easy to communicate with. Thanks for the great stay!

Everything was absolutely perfect!

NIce industrial/loft setting, clean and well appointed. It was easy walking distance to restaurants and bars downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this location again.

Highly recommend this if you are staying in Ames, Des Moines, Ankeny. Close to the interstate to quickly get to other local areas and different parts of Ankeny. Very clean and comfortable. We could relax in the living room watching the large TV with streaming services; had a desk and table space to work with our laptops; the kitchen had all utensils and housewares needed; main bathroom had ample counter & drawer space and sufficient shower/tub water pressure. Very safe, secure and quiet neighborhood with assigned parking very near the condo door. Clear directions for easy entry.
