Modern vintage retro style; simple, no-frills, clean and quiet. 2B/1BA apartment inside duplex that’s been converted from an 1896 Craftsman style home all to yourself! Centrally located, tastefully decorated, accessible, safe & clean. In the heart of SOMA, but with peace (and parking) of suburbia. Rest easy directly across from the Governor's Mansion grounds. Enjoy an off bedroom entrance, on-site washer/dryer, central heating/AC unit, full kitchen, WiFi/Smart TV. Free street parking.

The Grackle • Walkable SoMa Home Base

The Grackle makes SoMa easy. Most guests park when they arrive and walk to coffee, restaurants, and neighborhood spots, then come back to regroup before heading out again. Downtown and the medical district are a short drive if needed. Inside, the layout lets everyone spread out — shared living areas, a full kitchen and dining space for meals or games, a bright sunroom for a quiet office, and a screened porch for morning coffee or evening wine. 2 bedroom apartment located right off 1-630 in SOMA district. Walking distance to favorite local amenities such as restaurants and retail. 1 bedroom has been converted into a work out space or can be used as an office. There is a beautiful backyard with pond, waterfall, palm tree, and stained glass doors. Kitchen comes fully equipped with all needs for a comfortable stay. Vizio flat screen for sports or streaming. One garage spot and laundry with rental.

Barkley Cottage is a lovingly restored 1923 cottage with vintage style and modern comforts. Enjoy hardwood floors, 12 foot ceilings, free Wifi & Roku w/ premium channels. It has a large dining room and sunny, well-appointed kitchen with coffee & tea. Breakfast on request. Barkley also has a fenced backyard with seating and nighttime lighting. Barkley is a 2-bedroom with king beds, 2-bath cottage with jetted tub/shower & walk-in shower.

Swanky Downtown Home w/Theatre & Terrace

Instantly feel at home in this recently updated 2 bedroom & 2 bath home in walkable SoMA neighborhood. Come in and make yourself a drink at the dry bar with beverage fridge, catch a movie on the projector screen setup with fire stick streaming, or relax outside by the fire on the newly built patio with plenty of seating! This place truly has it all, and is close to everything making it an amazing stay in Little Rock.
