This Riverside family home, has assorted shared and private spaces. Toys for inside (games) and outside. Outside fun: 200' of sandy beachfront and trail, 2 wood firepits (wood supplied by guests), BBQ, lounging areas, 2 kayaks, 2 supyaks, 2 paddleboards, 12 lifevests, 55' LED-strip trex dock with 120v plugin, swim ladder, parking for 2+ boats. Inside: multi-game tables with pool, air hockey, and chess, movie room, an addt. TV area w/ fireplace. There are 2 King bedrooms, and bunkroom (5 beds).

Safe private waterfront Amazing location and home

Although the official name is Hidden Cove, the property is often described as Hidden Gem ! One of the few properties grandfathered into the water, you can fish off the dock or feed the ducks and geese who swim up to be feed. Ten minutes from Downtown, you can be as social or private as you like. Interact with other boaters, wake boarders, or jet skiers, or remain in your own peaceful haven . Children are welcome ! it’s a wonderland of adventure in the surrounding area. Dogs by arrangement .

Welcome to your private guest cottage, right in the heart of North Idaho! We are only 2 miles from Lake Hayden, and 6 miles to downtown Coeur d'Alene! We are also only 11 mile from Silverwood! We offer a beautiful space, complete with 2 bedrooms, a short loft for kids, a full bathroom, and a large kitchen with all new appliances! We have blazing fast internet and a desk area for those who are working while on the road, as well as a large parking area if you have more than 1 vehicle with you.

Sandpoint Cottage - Great location!

You’ll love my sweet cottage for its cozy interior, beautiful yard, and quiet, historic neighborhood. This house is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The location of the cottage is ideal for its walkable distance to downtown Sandpoint, Memorial Field (home of the Festival at Sandpoint) and best of all, it's a short walk to the shore of Lake Pend Oreille. With high quality amenities, including air conditioning, your stay here will be comfortable.

This brand new build is in the heart of South Sandpoint. No detail was overlooked on this apartment. You’ll find everything you need in this modern farmhouse style cottage. The boat launch and Memorial Field is less than 2 blocks away. Enjoy The Festival at Sandpoint with either a short walk or listen from the deck. Downtown is less than a 10 minute walk away where you can swim at city beach, do some shopping or antiquing, or enjoy either a great cup of coffee or a local brew.

Cleanest remodeled home in Coeur d'Alene!*5 Stars*

Clean, comfortable 1 story house with two private master suites only steps away from the Prairie Trail, which connects to the Centennial Trail system. Less than 5 miles from Lake Coeur d'Alene and the Spokane River. There is a jogger stroller in the garage for guests to use if you want to explore the miles of walking trails in the neighborhood, or throughout COEUR d’Alene.
