The Boathouse Cottage is a cozy studio cottage with a deck overhanging Sebec Lake. Think elevated “glamping” experience! The studio cottage boasts a common room with queen bed w/linens and small sitting area with a full futon. Quaint bathroom with shower comes supplied with towels. Kitchenette is equipped with dishes and utensils, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster oven. Furnished porch has tabletop Webber grill with fuel. Shared dock and fire pit. It is the perfect get away for any family or group looking to relax, fish, kayak, canoe and swim with all the comforts of home in the Maine woods. This 3 bedroom apartment occupies the second floor of the Freedom House Bed & Breakfast main house. Two of the bedrooms have a queen size bed, and one has a king size bed. The apartment has a comfortable living room with cable tv, and a fully equipped eat in kitchen. The bathroom has a claw foot tub/shower combination (and obviously a sink and toilet, lol!) *PLEASE BE AWARE THE STAIR CASE IS STEEP BY TODAYS STANDARDS AS THE HOUSE WAS BUILT IN 1888.
