This is a perfect location to be close to town, and the North Shore and all the outdoor activities it offers! Within walking distance is Brighton Beach, Lester Park and Trails, grocery, Duluth E-Bike, Lake Superior Brewing, and much more! The lake walk paved path is 1 block away and takes you to all the above, or a short 5-mile bike ride to Canal Park.
