Home Away From Home-3 bedroom 2 bath retreat

Enjoy ping pong or foosball in the attached garage. Take a nap in the comfy beds or relax on the soft sectional to watch TV. We are located 7 minutes from Walmart, Sprouts, or Dillons and 11 minutes from KU. Many restaurants are located nearby. You can eat at the picnic table in the fenced in back yard, or enjoy a burger made on the electric grill. On chilly evenings you can turn on the gas fireplace to stay extra warm. Four cars can fit in the driveway and there is space on the street too.

This duplex is the perfect stop for a weary traveler! Sleep in a Big king-size bed or an adjustable queen bed! Garage to park in. This place is fully disabled accessible. One level, anti-allergen hardwood floors throughout. Walk-in shower with grab bars. Raised commode. For living room comfort,we provide a massage chair, power recliner sofa, Xbox Game system, and TV with Netflix and Hulu on Roku! Kitchen is very open and fully stocked. 10 minutes from KU & downtown 5 minutes to i-70.

2BR cottage on quiet cul-de-sac

Nestled at the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac, this cozy apartment is convenient to downtown, the Sports Pavilion, and the University of Kansas campus. Come watch the Jayhawks play ball, attend a Haskell Pow-Wow, or just hang out in artsy, welcoming downtown Lawrence. It is a short walk to a nearby bus stop, as well as stores and restaurants. The apartment looks out on a back patio and a tree-filled backyard where you can relax, listen to the birds sing and watch the squirrels play.

Tidy tiny townhouse

Since January 2024. Rental license # STR-23-00057. Complete remodel. Everything is new. Visit Lawrence, KS on a budget. Duplex. 750 square feet of new everything. Watch movies on Netflix. Enjoy snacks, coffee, water, drinks. I want you to be comfortable and happy. - Completely renovated duplex - Keypad entry, keypad exit - Smart TV with Netflix, and wifi - Driveway parking - Cleanliness is #1
