Come join us in our artist's "casita" owned by a well known Las Cruces Artist. The "casita" is located in a quiet back yard with off street parking, a locked, gated entry from parking and a private entry in to the new "casita" This space is for either 1 or 2 people on a Queen bed and also affords a Flexsteel loveseat bed. It is furnished for you complete with modest cooking arrangements, dishes, utensils, mini fridge and everything you need for coffee, tea and breakfast, light lunch or dinner.

Kent Cottage with hot tub!

Casita Kent is a two-bedroom one bath fully renovated duplex. The space is all your own and not shared. It has a king and a queen-sized bed with refrigerated air. The decor is Southwest with touches of antique flare. It is very spacious and central to the university, grocery stores, coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, and the downtown mall. The space is extremely cozy so you can feel right at home. There is a 5-6 person private hot tub behind the garage that is gated and available 24 hrs a day.

Downtown Midcentury Studio+ 3 mins to Farmer's Mkt

This large studio with separate full sized, stocked kitchen is centrally located just a few blocks from the famed Las Cruces farmers market and a great place to ease into after a day at White Sands or the Desert Mountain peaks national parks. There is a queen bed in a cozy sleeping nook with black out curtains for privacy and sleeping in, and a pull out twin chair. Your doggos are welcome as well in the shared outdoor space which has an outdoor dining area, a grill and firepit. We welcome you!

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Casita Josie is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. Mesilla has beautiful walking distance restaurants and bars. Driving to the vineries is easy, you can enjoy food and live music on weekends. Casita Josie is located in the first floor. The living room has only one individual recliner sofa. The double sofa is not a recliner, but its comfortable to sit, relax and enjoy your morning coffee.
