Monthly bookings will receive a 15% discount at this cozy 2 bed 2 bath condo. The condo has a full kitchen, dining area, living room, a king size master bedroom and a small 2nd bedroom. The coastal decor and furnishings create the ambiance of an island home. The condo opens onto a wide porch which has beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Wander down the sandy path to a private beach and the turquoise waters of the Gulf. Enjoy Gulf breezes and sunsets from the porch or the beach.

Complimentary grill for your dinner paired with an amazing Gulf sunset. Your morning coffee is on us! Beach chairs & towels supplied. Kitchen is updated and all utensils supplied. Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed. Boat dock slip available upon request. HEATED POOL located directly across the street.

Walk to beach~Sleeps 6 (B1)

This updated 1,400 s/f vacation home with vaulted ceilings is a great place to relax after a day at the beach. (Your private access to the beach is directly across the street!) Large master suite and guest bedroom with large deck. Fully appointed kitchen/dining with adjoining screened lanai. Complete with all the comforts of home. Please see "other details to note" for a description of your private beach access to enjoy sunny days and superb sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

Beachside Retreat Perfect for 2 The Salty Surfer

Guest Favorite, fully remodeled and designed for guest comfort, Unit THREE is smaller but packs a punch! New full kitchen (no dishwasher), an oversized L shaped sofa, a luxurious king bed with cotton linens, and a true twin size chair sleeper for the mini you / travel companion. A large corner yard with a firepit, hammock for afternoon naps, and a bbq grill. All our units are supplied with beach gear as the sand is right outside each door!

Direct Ocean Front Unit. Imagine having a glass of wine at sunset overlooking world class views of the Gulf of Mexico. Steps to the beach and unsurpassed views. Excellent restaurants and Tiki Bars within walking distance. This unit is a 1 bedroom 1 bath spacious unit that can comfortably sleep 4. It includes a King bed & Full size sleeper sofa. It also has a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and tile floors throughout. No Pets.

This 1 bed unit has a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, King sized bed & Sofa bed, walk in shower, living room TV, & AC. Reserved covered parking, close to restaurants or hop on the shuttle to explore. Docks can be reserved but need to be approved prior to your stay. Strict no smoking policy inside unit.

This recently constructed condo is shiny new and only a one block walk to the beach. Lemon Bay is even closer with boat docks that can be reserved for your exclusive use. Sunny one bedroom condo has a well appointed kitchen, and washer & dryer in the unit. Swimming pool and grill area are only a few feet outside the front door. King size bed, and sleeper sofa. Free, shaded parking.

LGI Hideaway- Includes golf cart & pool access!

Awesome views of the sunrise out the back screened-in porch overlooking the pond and amazing sunsets on the beach. Great amenities in the condo complex including free parking on the mainland, free ferry, heated pool, boat slip and meticulously maintained grounds! Enjoy the sandy beaches and explore the islands beautiful paths by the provided golf cart!
