Phòng đẹp, trang trí nhẹ nhàng, ấm cúng. Sảnh đón đẹp, nhân viên lễ tân và bảo vệ rât thân thiện. Tiện ích nội khu rất tốt, hồ bơi rộng, có chỗ đi dạo rất lý tưởng.

L'appartement fait environ 25 M2 avec une vue magnifique sur HCMC depuis le 20 ème étage (on ne s'en lasse pas !). Côté équipements, l'espace cuisine est suffisant pour faire chauffer des plats, la télévision dispose d'un grand écran et le lit est confortable. La nuit il ne fait pas complètement noir dans la chambre car une petite porte fenêtre n'a pas de rideau. L'appartement est propre et les bruits de la ville ne sont pas gênants vu la hauteur. Peu de monde à l'étage lors de mon passage du coup c'était très calme. Le quartier tout autour est authentique et mérite d'être visité avec entre autres plein de petits restaurants et cafés fréquentés par les Vietnamiens. On est à 20 minutes à pied de l'hypercentre. Enfin l'accueil est souriant et sympathique. Allez y c'est une super expérience !

We had a wonderful time at Annie’s place. Very easy to get Grab to travel anywhere in the city. Great local food options nearby. A convenience store downstairs was a big help. Apartment itself was exactly what we needed. Comfortable for 4 people. Kitchen was decently equipped. There was some issue Annie had to face with the apartment we had booked but she managed it well by giving us a similar place in same building for a day till our original apt was ready. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location is very convenient, just 10-15 minutes from District One. The view from the apartment is stunning, and the rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The gym is well-equipped, and the infinity pool offers a breathtaking view. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciated the warm and welcoming stay.

I cannot remember how many times I have been stayed at this room since 2017 at Mai's place every time I visit Ho Chi Minh city by myself. I have been visited Ho Chi Minh city at least 2 times a year. Even though there are a lot of other condo in other districts in the city with a little more cheaper but they are far away from the main tourist attractions in the city, that means it will cost me more money and time for transportation. This condo is very convenience location to explore the city. The room is clean and cozy. Feel at home! Mai is a supper friendly host with fast response. It is a secure condo and easy to book GrabCar or GrabBike to access to any where in the city. There are convenience stores, Pharmacy store, Coffee shop down stair of the building for daily essential stuff. Really worth for money! Thanks Mai for always making my stay more comfortable ! Will book again for my next trips to Ho Chi Minh city.

Very friendly and helpful host. The place is exactly as listed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend!

ホストの対応がよく、部屋も綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。 ただ若干汚れがあった箇所があったのでそこは少し気になりました。 ただタオルやドライヤー、シャンプー類も全てあったので、何も困ることはなかったです。

beautiful place within walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops, bars, and pretty much anything you need! staff at the location is very friendly and there is a nice restaurant downstairs. host is great:)
