This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

Great little place. Amazing Thai across the street, Grab came within minutes, street food and cheerful locals everywhere!

The deal is worth it. The place is at the city center and about 5 to 10 minutes away from restaurants and shopping centers. The place is good for 5 to 6 people, spacious we only ever used the first floor for all our baggages. While the room upstairs become hot during the day time, the 2 airconditioning units easily make the house comfortable and cold.

Huu Huy was a great host who was very responsive and quick to assist us with any questions or problems we had. There was an issue with the toilet when we first checked in, but once we told him about it he got a technician to come immediately and fixed it for us. The place is well located and well equipped with all the necessities.

Our stay with Phong was excellent. Our family of six had plenty of room, the apartment was very very clean, the air conditioning worked very well, the host was very good at communicating and giving us directions and we felt very safe. The location is perfect for walking to Bui Vien street and exploring the area. Even though Bui Vien is so lively and loud, we could not hear the noise from the apartment. I recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay near locals and not in generic hotel.
