숙소가 부이비엔 바로 옆이라 이동이 편리하고 조용하고 깔끔해서 좋았습니다

We loved our stay in HCMC District 1. The house is down a quiet narrow street with other residences. The main living space on the ground floor was a lot bigger than it looks in the photos and we could comfortably fit all 11 guests for meals. The rooms are spacious and all have their own bathroom ensuite. There is a lady who sells breakfast on the corner of the lane 10m from the front door. She changes the menu every day but is generally a noodle soup of varying flavours. We found them all delicious and seriously cheap ~35k.

Once again I chose this place. It's amazing, the host prepared us a house with lots of greenery. I'm a very demanding client but it's great, they do everything very perfectly, the structure of the house has four very separate floors, always airy and full of freshness. The landlord is friendly and they also send very details on how to check in. Once again I love the host and see the host as a friend. Thank you very much.

Excellent value for money, great location and very cute apartment. bed is comfy, aircon is great and shower is adequate. Highly recommend Rosa's apartment for a budget friendly accomodation in Ho Chi Minh city :)

A great private spot yet still easily accessible by taxis. Place was well furnished and almost spotless. Bed and pillows were comfortable and clean, air conditioning was strong (which is a huge plus for HCM’s weather) You’re located above a small bar that you have to walk through. The bar lady was very kind and welcoming, and they served cheap ice cold beers and cocktails as well, which is great fun. It’s relatively peaceful at night, despite being located above a bar. (You get a code to access the bar 24/7, so you don’t have to worry about the bar closing before you getting home if you plan to have late nights) The soundproofing is amazing, so you won’t have to worry about noise at night. Small downside is the building opposite is under construction, so it’s better if you cover the curtains for some privacy during the day. The towels provided had a stench to it as well. But otherwise a perfect stay! Would be coming back again for sure.

The place is a great location! It is a little bit hard to find at first, you have to go to what I would call the second level through a spiral stairs. Would not recommend for people who have limited mobility due to the unevenness of the stairs. Overall you get what you pay for if not more because the price and location is great!

A great place to stay in the bustling district 1. Close to major tourist spots by walking. Lots of restaurants around. I loved her great ceiling heights. Feels like a loft! Two Air conditioners help regular the temperature! Shower pressure amazing! I would stay there again and again!
