This place is in a great location for us, walking distance to my old house, old school, markets, night market, and attractions. The decors are interesting with many antiques and collectibles. Certainly bring back memories (would be nice to have a storybook about the decors). Located on second floor, the morning street noises from cars and street vendors are just enough to bring back childhood memories (nights are quite quiet). Overall, not a 5 stars hotel, but a great place for us.

I really appreciated how responsive and helpful the host was. The rooms worked perfectly for us.

Myself and 3 friends stayed here in all 4 rooms. Amazing location; comfortable and exceeded our expectations. What elevates this place from great to fantastic is the host; prompt, considerate, genuine and helpful. I have used Airbnb for 10+ years, and Du is the best host, hands down! Highly recommended.

If you want a small place to stay in the heart but literally in the heart of Saigon this is your place to go, forget those five star hotel the place is small and cozy. Everything is well equipped brand-new the host is responsive and very helpful and very very nice The price is literally half or less compare to those big four star hotel but you have the whole place for yourself and in the center of Saigon so you’re gonna pay the taxi cheaper everywhere you go Outside of the house is very Vietnamese street life, lots of local around selling stuff and A ROOSTER waking you up in the morning Bref if you need a good value in the center and close to the locals this is the place eyes shut 👌

We had an amazing 3 nights staying here. The rooftop area was a great place to relax after a busy day. So much space - great for larger groups or families. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, and air conditioning. Beds are firm but very comfortable. So close to everything but very quiet. We highly recommend Phoenix’s place.

The room's upstairs from the café and surrounded by greenery. The environment's really nice. It looks just like the photos, with a dark style. They'd already turned on the AC before I got in. So thoughtful! It's a self - check - in process, and the info's super clear. The staff at the café downstairs are also really friendly.

The place was lovely and had everything we needed. We were offered a free clean and sheet change which could be arranged at our convenience. The location was also great with a car park if you were hiring a vehicle. Loved it. Quiet but also close enough to the hustle and bustle of Vietnam

Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Apartment. Es war wie beschrieben und wir hatten keine Probleme. Es gab gute Restaurants um die Ecke und die Sehenswürdigkeiten waren schnell erreichbar. Auch mit dem Sicherheitspersonal wie bei Google beschrieben hatten wir keine Probleme, auch unsere Grab-Fahrer hatten uns immer vor der Tür abgesetzt.

Great location, great apartment, felt right at home cosy very spacious clean with a good view of the city. the apartment is very big with a lot of space and a cozy living room area where you can sit down and do your work while watching the television. kitchen space has all the amenities to cook a lovely meal in the comfort of your own living area. The location is not right in the city centre so it is more peaceful in the surrounding areas there are many coffee shops and restaurants nice Road to walk along during the daytime and evening. Just a slight warning the apartment is on the top floor with loads of steps and no elevator so going in and out of the building continuously will be a slight issue for anyone old or has any health or leg issues.

We stayed in Natalie’s studio for 2 weeks whilst in HCMC and would more than happily stay here again. The location is perfect for exploring the city and the apartment has everything you’d need for a long or short stay. WiFi is rapid, bed is comfy, shower is great - couldn’t ask for anything more 😊 There’s a WinMart and a 7/11 right outside the complex and plenty of great food options nearby. Communication with Natalie was faultless and she did everything she could to make our stay pleasant. All in all, a perfect little apartment and we’d come back no questions asked!

Este airbnb es el alojamiento perfecto. No solo estaba completamente limpio si no que tenía un muy buen estilo, amenities y sobretodo quiero destacar la atención de la anfitriona. Superó las expectativas que nos hicimos con las fotos! En planta baja hay un restaurante maravilloso que vale 100% la pena. Sin duda si volvemos a Ho Chi Minh volveremos a este alojamiento ☺️

Very comfortable stay with super friendly and responsive staff and host. The location is convenient and the room contains all the important things you would want. Comfortable bed, very nice shower, good WiFi and includes amenities like soap, free laundry and a great smart TV. The area can be a bit noisy and during my stay there was construction right in front of the building so that was a bit unlucky. There are a few restaurants in front that are open until very late at night. I had booked extra nights with very short notice multiple times but the host was easy going about it which helped me out a lot. Much appreciated and I recommended this accommodation!

What a great place to stay in Ho Chi Min. Away from all the hustle and bustle of the main part of town. The unit is very comfortable with great beds and a great common room to have a few drinks at the end of the day. There is also a great pizza place at the front of the complex called 4P Pizza. Try the lasagne and the 4 cheese pizza. We went there 3 times it was so good. Would stay at this unit again if I ever return to HCM.

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Annie en famille. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Annie est chaleureuse et réactive en cas de besoin. Le seul point négatif, c'est le bruit des travaux du voisinage le matin...

호스트의 응답도 빠르고, 간결하고 편한 숙소입니다. 특히 어린 아이와의 여행에서 낮은 메트리스에서 수면이 가능해서 편안히 잘 수 있었습니다. 주변 롯데마트나 7군, 1군 이동도 가까운 편이고 숙소 건물내에 편의점도 있어 편리합니다.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern bei Sophie. Es war wirklich toll. Wir konnten viel zu Fuß erreichen da das Apartment wirklich zentral liegt und hatten nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt das perfekte Apartment zu entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super und sie haben immer sofort reagiert bzw. uns geholfen. Besten Dank für Alles! 5 Sterne
