At high tide, you will wake up to the sound of waves splashing beneath your window. Enjoy the beautiful views from the outside decks or take a kayak and explore. The wildlife is all around. Modern Lakefront loft only 5 minute drive to the town of Yarmouth and the ferry terminal. Newly constructed. Swimming, fishing, canoeing/kayaking possible right from the private dock. *** N.B *** There are natural stone steps of various heights leading to the Loft and lakefront which may be difficult for people with mobility issues. There is no handrail. This property is not recommended for people who have mobility issues.
