An additional Rental Agreement is required to rent this home. It is delivered by email following booking, signed and returned to host by email. Two summer season Rehoboth parking passes are provided to guests. Free parking for 4 cars on the property. Bedding and bath towels provided. The house has 5 lovely bedrooms, sleeps 12, with 3.5 baths. Two large living rooms, a spacious kitchen, a yoga deck, a screened deck, and a backyard w/grill and fire table.

Dogs are allowed for a $75 fee per stay for 1st, $25/ea for 2nd/3rd (fees for 2 & 3 charged later). Only a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk too.

This home built in 2013, is a cozy and bright 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house. It is just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach, a walk to all of Dewey's nightlife and restaurants. Also a short drive or bike ride to Rehoboth Beach. Guests will need to bring your own sheets, towels and bath matts. Provided are 5/6 beach chairs and a beach cart.
