A quite secluded coach house close to beautiful Devonport park and a short walk to Royal William Yard. It is a clean modern space with the original slate flag stones and granite steps. There is one large bedroom with a king bed and a day bed which converts in to two singles making it into a family room. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials including a microwave, oven, hob and fridge There is an open plan dining and lounge area with original slate flag stones in the raised dining area.

The local town, Yelverton, is a few minutes drive and has a good butcher, Co-op, Post Office, pubs and more!

There are often events going on in the area, and there is a good choice of bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood.
