Updated Apartment with Backyard Patio

Wake up feeling recharged in this country style inspired home. The space features subtle colours contrasted with warm woods, chic furnishings, and a walkout to a covered outdoor dining area. Located on Devonport's Mt Victoria, surrounded by beautiful historic homes, MaisonMays is a self-contained, private apartment offering a light and peaceful setting with two outdoor garden dining areas, a king-sized bed, bath and a heating/cooling system for your comfort. Off-street parking available. Lock box on left hand side outside white gates at end of driveway. We say "Kia Ora" and are happy to greet our guests but agree to respect our guests' privacy if preferred. Centrally located in Devonport, a car is not necessary to enjoy the many delights around the neighbourhood. Walk up Mount Victoria to take in vistas of Auckland City or stroll to Torpedo Bay for a coffee and ice cream after visiting the Navy Museum. If wanting to travel farther afield, public buses can be found in central Devonport or at the Devonport Ferry Terminal, or perhaps a day trip to Waiheke Island, Rangitoto Island or Auckland City via Fuller's Ferries, departing regularly from Devonport Ferry Terminal. Deposit - A $400 deposit is required on booking, refundable unless a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to stay.

Nestled in Saint Heliers, our cozy in-house apartment offers comfort and tranquility. With a private entrance, it includes a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and dining/kitchen area. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee/tea facilities, plus complimentary snacks and beverages are provided. Please note, no cooking facilities are available. Tranquility in Glenfield Auckland

Situated behind the main home with its own private entrance off the garden is a wonderful and private one-bedroom studio fitted with modern quality furnishings throughout, including a kitchenette with a microwave, bar fridge, toaster and kettle. The room has under-floor insulation and air conditioning, and a Smart TV. Free unlimited broadband is also provided. The room can comfortably accommodate two adults and spare (portable) beds can be supplied for an infant (up to 3 years) and a child.

Mid-Century Devonport

Enjoy a private outdoor space, the accommodation in the style of mid century, a living space with a queen bed and a bedroom with two king single beds, a private bathroom. The kitchenette has a microwave, electric jug, electric frypan, toaster and coffee plunger. There are plates/ utensils etc. Barbeque, hot plates and saucepans on request. Also the apartment is not suitable for mobile babies nor children under the age of seven. A vehicle to get around is recommended.

Comfortable private studio 2-3 min walk from beautiful Cheltenham beach and pleasant waterfront walk to Devonport village and ferry for Auckland city. Bifold doors open to garden. Sunny north easterly aspect. Walk to North Head reserve in 1 min for views of whole of Auckland. Quiet,secluded location. Down a right of way so no traffic noise. Kitchenette equiped with microwave, toaster, electric jug, fridge and small hob.

Studio 16 Devonport

Studio 16 is a self contained modern light filled space perfect for a couple. It is open plan in design with bedroom, lounge and kitchenette in one. An Air Conditioning unit is in this area. The separate bathroom is fully tiled with a large walk in shower. There is also a spacious walk in wardrobe with ample room for your suitcases. A washing machine is in this area. This is a smoke and pet free property.

Spacious studio in Birkenhead Central. With luxurious, private en-suite bathroom. Air conditioning, Broadband, TV & DVD. No kitchen facilities except microwave, toaster, fridge & Nespresso machine. Walk to local restaurants and bars for the evening. Short bus trip to Central City. Ideal mid-week sanctuary for business folk based on the North Shore or happy to take the short bus trip to the City.

A nature retreat with city convenience

Fully furnished studio unit with a modern bathroom and kitchenette. The studio has a separate entry, and is attached to our family home (we're a kiwi family with 3 young children). Clean, spacious and light. Unlimited ultra fast fibre wifi internet. Our home is surrounded by native forest (kauri, manuka, totara, rimu). Native birds like tui, kereru, piwakawaka and ruru frequently visit.

Luxuriously appointed 1 bedroomed garden apartment, with separate lounge, (both bedroom & lounge open out onto the patio & the garden). Sky TV, super fast internet. Modern bathroom with bath & shower. New kitchenette, with washing machine. Private swimming pool in the garden. Walking distance to bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, beaches and ferry to city.

Takapuna Quality and Location

Modern secure & private self contained studio with en suite, kitchenette & lots more. Separated however is close to the main house. Fitted with state of art ventilation system, so super healthy. This property is beautiful all year round & has been featured in Your Home and Garden magazine.
