We purchased this home in August 2018 and we just finished of remodeling and painting. We just finished a new quartz brick gas log fireplace and a NEW Quartz Counter Top and Sink in the kitchen. All NEW Canadian Birch Natural Finish Hardwood Flooring 4 Large Upstairs bedrooms, 2 Bedrooms have a Lake view Balcony. Quality Built Home in a Premium Location - Use of our very nice Pontoon Boat can be arranged for our guests only. - MINIMUM 6 NIGHT BOOKING IN SUMMER SEASON Except when fewer nights.

Great place to stay for friends or parents visiting U of M for a fun weekend or a sports event. The house is completely redone, furnished, and ready for your stay! The entire house has 4 beds, a blow-up mattress, and plenty of couch space for an additional guest or two. The house is thoroughly cleaned!
