Property is located at Clarklake a public lake and access for swimming/boating can be gained at the public access a few minutes away. This location is wonderful to take walks/ biking with a 7 mile trail around the lake.

Value based cottage sits just feet from “all sports” 550 acre Round Lake. Enjoy your morning coffee next to the lake on your covered patio. This cottage is the lower half of a 2 story duplex. Plenty of room on the dock for your boat, or rent my pontoon ($800/wk, $200/day) or enjoy complimentary use of the kayaks. My lake bottom is shallow hard sand, perfect for swimming for kids of all ages (also a large floating matt for your use). 2nd bedroom not 100% private. Best for kids or family

Explore natural ecosystems and witness sustainable grazing of sheep. The back yard is filled with an organic vegetable garden and behind that are honeybees. Your family may participate in any and all of it. The newly renovated apartment is the upstairs of my farmhouse. It includes a private entrance, full kitchen and deck overlooking the lake.

A darling treehouse, (read, draw & paint on canvases provided)! A swing-set is in the backyard for the kids to enjoy. Views of lake from the carriage house & views of the garden and woods in the back. Game room below the carriage house for rainy day activities including ping pong, board games and TV. Outdoor games available.
