Located on a quiet rural road just 7 miles north of Stephenville, this newly remodeled home is on a pond and has wooded acreage. The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

This one time mobile home has been renovated and has an ad on in which both garage doors open to a large fresh air porch. Everything you’ll need to enjoy some time on Palo Pinto Lake is provided. The house has three bedrooms with four beds and three TVs with Wi-Fi and streaming service included. Two full bathrooms accompany the house, and you will have access to the dock, fire pit, and grill.

A 30 minute drive on country highways takes you to the new Palo Pinto Mountains State Park.
