A very quiet, relaxing location. Easy beach access a couple blocks north via the State Recreation site. The house is very comfortable and nicely cared for. Nice restaurants close by. A delightful place and location that we look forward to enjoying again sometime!

The place was beautiful and clean. Less than a 5 minute walk from the beach and plenty of restaurants including a great karaoke bar. Thorsten's instructions were clear so I didn't end up needing to ask any questions. loved our stay and will be back!

Right on the beach - 20 feet away. Extremely clean, well-appointed and thoughtfully decorated. Neighbors on both sides but absolutely no issues. View out the back toward the ocean is completely unobstructed. Spent hours just watching the ocean waves, birds and sunsets. Beach is extremely wide - at low tide and even at high tide you can walk for a mile either direction north or south. Be advised the property has the Pacific Coast Highway on the east side and there is traffic noise, but from the decks on the west side, it's not noticeable. We didn't try the hot tub but it was ready and waiting for use. Having immediate access to the beach with unlimited walking made this a well-worth 7 night vacation for us.

Great place to stay. The hot tub by the beach was a highlight of my trip. Well worth the money to be on the beach and not be cold!

Carol was an amazing host, very responsive and offered early check-in! The home was super comfy and housed our 8 woman book club well. Really loved the quiet, the hot tub, and the short walk onto the beach. Would definitely stay again!!

Our stay at Breakers End was wonderful from start to finish! The location couldn’t be better, and every detail was thoughtfully designed and well-appointed. The description was spot on, and Hillary went above and beyond with her communication. She even helped return an item we accidentally left behind. My kids want to go back so they can play in the big private yard and the lofted alcove again! I can’t recommend this place, and its fantastic host, highly enough.

Wonderful little place, but plenty of room for 4 and a dog. We even got visited by a family of deer (two fawns). I didn’t see the book of instructions for what we needed to do before we check out, so we ended up leaving a few pans that were to hot to clean (bacon grease).

The house was beautiful and clean. It was close to beach access and local restaurants and attractions. Lisa was quick to respond to any messages. I would definitely stay here again

My dog and I loved staying in Peter's place. Views of the ocean, lovely little neighborhood, clean, open-feeling space. Nice little porch where my dog and I hung out in the evening as she chased bees around. While she's too scared to walk around the neighborhood, this would be an ideal spot for anyone who loves to walk! We drove to the little town center but that would be totally walkable if you don't have a scaredy pup like I do. We're big fans of Yachats and I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Chad's place was such a wonderful place to stay. With the fun decor, well stocked game closet and immaculate home we couldn't have been happier. It is right across from a park that was perfect for walking my dog and a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and shops of Nye Beach. I would recommend this place 100% to everyone! Thank you for letting us stay at your place, Chad! We hope to return next year.

Beautiful little cabin close the ocean! We were lucky to be there while the closest cabin next door was unoccupied which made it even more peaceful. The backyard is a nice size to throw the ball for our dog; there is no secure fenced area and that is the only thing that would have made it better. You can hear the ocean which was amazing and the walk down to it is sooo close! We did not go down to the beach near the cabin due to the large rocks at the bottom of the steps (which is mentioned in the listing). We did not want to risk our dog hurting himself trying to get down and then back up since it was raining and slippery. We did have an issue when we first arrived - we had no hot water. We contacted management and they came and got it up and running in no time. We had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here.

Scott is a wonderful host! We appreciated all the extra touches. We had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked. Scott was in communication with us and quick to respond. The home was clean and cozy and in a quiet and private neighborhood just a short walk to the beach access and close by Depoe Bay and Newport, which are fun areas to explore. We had such a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Greycoast Cottage for our Thanksgiving weekend with our nephew. Thank you Scott!

Our family LOVED our stay and will be back again when we come through town! The appliances were modern, everything was clean and welcoming, and we felt safe and comfortable. Close to food, shops, and quick drive to Newport, with a quiet, small town woody vibe. Very cool layout, and plenty of room for a family of 5! We especially loved the themed rooms and decor. Easy check in, and very helpful and kind property manager who happened to be on site checking on things after a big storm. We will be back, thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at this air bnb! The home was very clean and cozy. Though it may be small, the home was perfect for my boyfriend and I. The walk to they bay is beautiful and short. Pelican Brewing is just down the road too; the food was amazing. Natalie was exceptional with her communication and directions. I would stay here again.

absolutely loved our stay :) this location has turned into the spot me and my lady go when the world is abit to much and we need some time to ourselves. and it always lives up to that and more:)

Super cozy little cottage close to Seal Rock Beach and not far from Newport, Waldport, and Florence. The heaters kept it very cozy inside and we had fun watching DVDs and preparing meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The road in is a bit bumpy and the outside is modest looking, but this is a great spot to stay. The space is perfect for two adults or four if you don’t mind sleeping on futons in the living room. The WiFi is strong and we were able to work at the big table all day without any issues and enjoyed the view through the big windows. Don’t miss Luna Sea just down the road for amazing chowder or fish & chips! This is a lovely, quiet spot for a stay on the Oregon Coast and we appreciated all the thoughtful amenities.

The place we stayed was gorgeous and the cottage was so cozy. You could walk to town with ease and be at the ocean in minutes. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to have a nice getaway on the coast. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

Very nice home and beautiful/quiet neighborhood. Great set up for 4 adults and 1 infant. We were able to keep baby away from other guests to avoid waking them up which was nice. Has plenty of supplies for cooking which we appreciated. Close to beach access and casino if you enjoy that. Host is super responsive. Thank you!
