Your personal oasis in the heart of Denver. You will have an entire floor to yourself, about 1000 sq feet w/ a private interior door separate from upstairs. Perfect for a business traveler, a couple, friends, or small family (+ 1 small child) Complete lower level suite comes with huge master bedroom, plenty of closet and storage space, master bath, and sitting room. Tastefully decorated with pieces from my travels in Asia and Africa, you will feel truly at home in this warm private suite.

Recently remodeled 2 bedroom, clean, garden level basement apartment in FANTASTIC location. Less than one block off City Park and steps from the Denver Zoo, Denver Museum of Nature & Science, Denver Botanic Gardens, and several local coffee shops, bars, and restaurants (walk score=83). Downtown Denver is a 2.5 mile $10-15 Uber/Lyft ride away and there are two bus lines that within a block that will take you directly downtown. Live like a Denverite in the Bluebird District of City Park!

Spacious Guest Suite at City Park

This is a remodeled one-bedroom basement apartment with a private entrance in the South City Park Neighborhood. The location is steps away from wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, independent stores, music venues, a great local craft brewery, the Sie Film Center, and beautiful City Park which includes the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, the Denver Zoo, and countless summer-time events (Colfax Marathon, Colorado Classic Pro Bike Race, Tour de Fat, various charity walks/runs, etc.).

Best of old and new - 4 blocks to City Park, Zoo, Museum of Nature/Science, golf course. - 10min to downtown - Pets allowed ($25 per pet/week per reservation) with dog door to patio. - Chic brick, full kitchen - gas range, 3/4 bath, private patio. City Park West Treehouse

Brand new studio apartment above our garage. Accessed by our red spiral stair, the apartment is bright, airy, and comfy. Lots of storage space in custom designed cabinetry. Full size double bed. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator. Bath has modern fixtures, vessel sink, and overhead rain shower. Access to our spacious back patio. Lot's of windows and light, but all are covered with translucent shades for privacy. Large ceiling fan, portable evaporative cooler available.

Upgraded King Bed Private Apt in Congress Park

Awesome newly remodeled basement apartment with king bed and rain shower in Congress Park. Walking distance to dozens of restaurants & bars, Sprouts grocery store, Bluebird Theater, City Park, and the Denver Zoo/Science Museum! Walkscore of 84 and ample bike and scooter rental kiosks nearby. A parking space is included if needed, and a 10 min Uber/Lyft to Downtown/RiNo/LoDo. Enjoy this gem in a walkable, friendly part of Denver close to amazing restaurants, museums, and parks!

Cute Carriage House (with bikes provided)

Private Carriage House with full kitchen, full bath, and lots of light - 20 ft ceilings with sky lights. Located in our backyard in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking just 2 miles East of Downtown - walk to Zoo, City Park, and neighborhood restaurants. Or, bike (with provided bikes) to downtown, Cherry Creek, or RINO. Easy access from Airport - just a 20 minute drive or Uber or the A-train and 7 min bus ride will bring you within 2 blocks of the Carriage House.

High Street Treehouse: Your Cozy Denver Retreat

The High Street Treehouse is a one bedroom, one bathroom carriage house (ADU) in the City Park West neighborhood of Denver, within walking distance of Downtown, great restaurants and cafes, the hospital district, the Zoo, the Museum of Nature and Science and more. The Treehouse is an apartment above the hosts’ garage, physically separate from the main house and very private and secure. The host is an architect - this little building was designed by her, for you!
