Newly remodeled house across the street from the lake. Unobstructed lake access and view. Perfect for getaways, or those in between homes. One of 7 homes that can be short or several month rentals. This house is completely remodeled with central heating and air. It has covered parking for 2 vehicles. Enjoy the lake to its fullest. Access to our private dock. Bring your boat and tie to the dock for the duration of your stay. Enjoy the sunset which are amazing with family and friends.

Quick 30 min. drive from DFW Airport. Abundant amounts of recreation - adjacent to Pilot Knoll Park with; Horse Trails, Boating, Fishing, Kayaking & Paddleboarding. Rental recommendations upon request. Casual & fine dining, along with great shopping at The Shops of Highland Village, all with 5 minutes. Jump into the hot tub & gaze at the stars. Due to severe allergies, I am unable to host any animals regardless of status as a pet, service animal, or emotional support.

Our Home is located in a quiet neighborhood less than 500ft to the lake, it's so nice to be so close!

You can relax and enjoy a beautiful day of fishing, kayaking and swimming with your family in the comfort of your backyard. This beautiful Lakehouse has a spacious patio and picturesque view of the lake; perfect for relaxing, drinking a cup of coffee/tea/wine, and watching the sunrise over the lake. Please note, we ARE NOT able to accommodate weddings or other gatherings and events. Our guest count is 12 max at all times, not just for stay over guests. The ideal place to escape from your busy and hectic everyday life! Perfect for families or friends to connect, have fun, relax, and explore!
