Deltaville is known for marinas, sailing, boating and fishing. We are located at the end of a peaceful private road. You will have your own private dock for wading, swimming, fishing and other water activities. Whether you are hanging out by the firepit or swinging in the hammock, I am sure you will have a wonderful time at Tranquil Seas.

The “Bay House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has a beautiful Bay view and includes access to our private beach & dock (w/ guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath w/ jetted tub, covered patio and carport. The 2nd floor features a large bedroom, king bed and 1/2 bath.

The 1969 Airstream has been converted into a contemporary studio with all the comforts of a luxury hotel room. Wake up to the birds singing in the trees that completely surround the huge front deck. Take a walk on our trails. Enjoy watching the animals. Take a trip into Cape Charles for restaurants and shopping, then enjoy a movie in the Airstream at night.

Built in 1891, this farmhouse has been totally renovated by a professional designer. The Cottage is filled with coastal colors and accessories so it feels fun and updated but still retains the feeling of walking into a well loved family beach cottage. We are pet friendly as any beach cottage should be and love seeing our guests and their pets enjoying the cottage. Come down the long private drive along the pasture to the little cottage perched on the banks of the river, surrounded by large oak trees. Its a simple, cozy spot with lots of outdoor spaces for spreading out.
