Travel Trailer "Sunrise Beach" sits on 435’ of Lake Michigan shoreline next to the boat launch at Fairport Fishery. This waterfront location is located in the scenic fishing village of Fairport, Michigan, roughly 5 miles South of Fayette State Park. The travel trailer is located on a vacant lakefront lot (between our home and Fairport Fishery (including boat launch and fish processing facility). It is THE prime launch spot for King Salmon fishing. Fairport is the outdoor enthusiasts' paradise!

The Highbanks is a 3 Bedroom 1.5 bath home that can sleep and feed up to 6 people. Full breakfast is included! Serve yourself: Items included, but not limited to; Coffee (decaf/reg),hot cocoa (kureig+ traditional pot), several kinds of cereal, waffles, pancakes, milk, juice, eggs, sausage, bread + more! The Home has HEPA filter, and UV light air filtration, and laundry facilities on site with soap and detergent. There's large driveway with plenty of parking for trucks+boats/trailers/RV's etc.

Cabin on lake w no public access. Owners out of sight and sound. Great pike fishing on supplied jonboat and 4 kayaks. Wood-burning sauna next to cabin. Lake Michigan beach and boat access 5 minutes away. 45 minutes to Pictured Rocks, 20 minutes to Kitch iti kipi, 25 minutes to La Fayette State Park. 12v batteries supply a bit of power and a few lights. Pets are welcome except on beds and futon :) Silverware, utensils, propane and firewood provided. You'll need ice, food, and drinking water.

Two kayaks are included! The backyard also has a large deck with outdoor furniture and a very nice firepit for bonfires. Inside, the home is very cozy with a woodsy and nautical theme throughout the home. This is a great place for exploring the U.P. or just relaxing and enjoying the beauty!

The large picture windows and back yard patio overlook the Escanaba Country Club Golf Course (although there is not direct access from the yard.) In the summer, enjoy the very private patio for your morning coffee or and the serenity of the evening.
