On Demand hot water from kitchen faucet inside the yurt. Separate outbuilding has a shared, full bathroom with a shower! Living the rustic, but comfortable LIFE here in the country on a hobby farm. Meet the animals, wander the grounds, and watch out for the sunsets! Heated and semi-cooled (its a yurt!)

The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

The Round House

Welcome to the Round House! This one-of-a-kind, converted grain silo has everything you need to feel right at home. The bedroom is upstairs. Delta is a gateway to the Western Slope of Colorado. Grand Mesa, Black Canyon National Monument and innumerable outdoor destinations are within a short distance. Please let me know if you are traveling with a dog when you reserve. There is a $30 PER dog fee. No Cats Please. If your stay is longer than 14 days there will be an additional deep cleaning fee.

The Cozy Country Orchard Cottage

Our Cottage is Surrounded by our family owned 20-acre Orchard, where you will enjoy the beautiful country setting. This cottage is small but cozy! It's got everything you need, from a full size Bed, a TV. Kitchenette with a microwave, air fryer, Induction cook top, with Pots & Pans, Bbq grill, Refrigerator/Freezer, & Coffee maker! Enjoy your evening walk down the peaceful country road, and in the morning, waking up to watch the sunrise come up over the mountains! Seasonal $ available Oct-April!

Multiple access points to the Grand Mesa, the ultimate outdoor playground for snowmobiling, hiking, motorcycling, ATVs, UTVs, fishing & hunting! Extra parking for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or snowmobiles! YMR permits guests to bring one furbaby without pre-approval ($100 pet fee still applies). Our Cave Suites are set into sandstone cliffs above the Gunnison River, within a working orchard. The setting is quiet and private, with expansive views of the fruit trees and surrounding landscape. Each suite includes a kitchenette, natural sandstone shower, and copper soaking tub. The main level has a king bed, with two queen beds in the loft. A private patio overlooks the canyon and orchard, offering a comfortable space to relax in a distinctive natural setting.
