Nate’s place is a great space for relaxing, spending time with family or just streaming your favorite show. The upstairs apartment is very spacious, very quiet and close to a lot of amenities. The 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths provide ample room for all your nighttime and morning needs, but are separated enough from the living and kitchen areas to allow for socializing while others may be sleeping. The restaurant and bar areas below are normally busy in the evenings but you do not hear any noise from the main level areas. Attica is a quiet little town but there are many shops, a grocery store, pharmacy, theater, restaurants and even a fitness center all very close and easily accessible. Our family live in Veedersburg, and it was an easy drive from Attica to Veedersburg. Highly recommend Nate’s place for a short or long stay.

This place is very nice for us to use for guests who come to speak at our church. It is so much nicer than a hotel room and the price is almost the same.

This was such a perfect place for our family. We came for a baseball tournament but this house had something for everyone. Clean, beautiful yard, pond and farm animals! We would definitely stay again!

Great location for easy access to Lafayette and Purdue. Coffee house was walkable and served excellent breakfast to get our day started. Accomodation was very clean and comfortable. Host was helpful and responsive. Overall enjoyed our stay.

My friends and I were in town for the Purdue football game. Chloe's place was clean, well stocked with the necessities, and situation in a great location relative to campus. I would definitely book again with her.

Lux was exceptional understanding when I contacted him that we were going to arrive after 10 pm. His thorough instructions including photos saved the day helping to find the building, unit & key. Parking easy. Unit excellent. Just like photos. Large soaking tub in 2nd bathroom was fantastic. Beds were excellent. They made sleeping easy. Plenty of room for clothes in the master walk in closet. If you’re looking for a unique experience outside of a standard hotel room, this could be a great choice. John, the host, was very responsive and was so kind to give us a tour of this unique property. The large home is being renovated, the owner lives upstairs and does the handy work himself. The downstairs area is currently the Airbnb section with its own entry. John is an accomplished retired Purdue professor with an interesting and impressive background. We enjoyed the uniqueness and tranquility of the property and enjoyed meeting John. The teenagers enjoyed having the pool table for entertainment.

Amy was very responsive from the moment I booked. Even when I needed assistance during the check in, she was readily reachable by phone. The complex the unit is in is brand new, and the space was decorated just as the photos depcit. The pink accents even matched the theme of the event I was in town for, so it was the perfect place! It was welcoming and comfortable, and I would definitely recommend staying here if you have the choice.
