You’ll find yourself unwinding and recharging while hiking, enjoying campfires, or soaking in the hot tub under the midnight sky. Though you will be surrounded by nature, you won’t be roughing it! The cabin is modern and offers everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Renter must be 25 and above.

Welcome to our spacious, pet-friendly 1960s home tucked away on 5.5 private acres - just mins from two of the most popular towns in the Sullivan Catskills: Roscoe and Livingston. This bright 4 bed/3 ½ bath home works great for a couple or a crowd with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to gather or spread out. There’s a dreamy (and VERY well-stocked) kitchen. Fast wifi for working remotely, writer's retreat, romantic getaway, meditation, yoga, or time in nature. **We have an (inflatable) hot tub which we fill for guests (unless temps are way too low). NOTE: all-wheel/four wheel drive is highly recommended during winter months. We are looking forward to hosting you!
