We offer a quiet and extremely clean place. We are only 6 miles from Belleayre Mtn Ski Center. Restaurants are nearby. You’ll love our place because of the neighborhood, the outdoors space, the light, and the kitchen. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. WIFI is 300mbps. We have security cameras outside only, EV Charging station on the property. We now have an outdoor fire pit (wood not included). We also have a standby generator in case of a power failure.

This beautiful apartment was renovated in 2019, the apartment has a comfortable TV room, dining area overlooking Chestnut Street and a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There are 3 queen bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and an air mattress upon request. The 2 new bathrooms and washer/dryer are off the hallway. *** From September to May there is an additional fee after 2 guests *** From June to August please put in one guests for the pricing *** Check out time from June to August is 9 am

Recently remodeled apartment with new appliances in quiet neighborhood with easy access to I-88. Outside of the house is under renovation, with a new roof and new driveway. New siding to be added within the next year; 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each room, a fold-down couch, air mattress, 3 TVs, Internet, laundry room, and parking included. 25 min. to Cooperstown All Star Village 42 min. to Cooperstown Dreams Park 3 minutes to a grocery store and multiple restaurants.

"Your Country Getaway at Beulah Land Farm."

Enjoy a one bedroom apartment with a private entrance. Head up the old rear staircase around the back of a quaint 100 year old farmhouse. Stairs are a little steep. There is a kitchenette with a two burner stove, sink and under counter fridge. There is one full bath with a shower stall. In the living area there is a day bed with an extra twin mattress underneath. There is wireless internet for your use as well. It is 25 minutes to ski areas.

Strobe light fire alarms for people who are deaf or hard of hearing. Hiking. Boating, one mile from the Susquehanna River. Shared fire pit(NYS ban on fires 3/15-5/15). Large free parking for boats, trailers and snowmobiles.

Binnekill Chill Apt 4, in the Catskill Mountains.

Great location right in the Binnekill Square complex in the heart of Margaretville Village. We are walking distance to everything the village has to offer, accessible by bus for those that want a getaway without a car, we are in walking distance from Trailways bus stop in Margaretville. Close to skiing, golf, hiking, fishing, hunting, and wedding venues. Great for all seasons!
