Had a wonderful stay at this spotless apartment with a lovely view of the confluence of rivers. The host was responsive and helpful. We felt at home with everything we needed, from the well-supplied kitchen to the comfortable living room, spacious dining room and luxurious bedroom suite with its own deck door. We had breakfast and coffee on the huge deck while enjoying ducks and boats on the water. Heard trains but slept fine. Being able to lock our bicycles in designated storage was a huge plus, as was the convenience of having bikes right outside the door for a beautiful ride on the treelined Great Allegheny Passage trail to OhioPyle in the state park 10 miles away. A fawn nibbled berries as we arrived for an incredible dinner at the Riversedge Cafe, a short walk from the apartment. The Confluence Convenience mart was open when we needed supplies on a Monday evening. And so glad we stopped at the nearby Tissue Farm for Chai, scone and art on our way out to Kentuck Knob - a must-see!

The location was perfect for my family. We were about 5 minutes away for most stores and common restaurants. We were also within 10 minutes of my sister's house, made the location perfect. Misty was so quick to reply while we were there with any questions I had. We plan to stay again if it is available during our next visit to my sisters.

Beautiful spot right on Main Street. Very clean and tidy. Has a wonderful pizza place downstairs. Very good location!

Andrea's place is conveniently located near restaurants, equipment rentals, and the falls. The place is clean and the beds are comfortable. Do not rent if you have trouble with stairs, but for us it was fine. Would definitely stay again!

Kam accommodated us on short notice as we had to come up quickly due to a family member being hospitalized. The place is so peaceful and on beautiful grounds. It was easy to find and a Tesla charger was outside our door. I will stay here again!

If I could give “Alice’s Place” 15 stars, I would. Everything about this Airbnb was perfect. The location of this Airbnb is close to Deep Creek, Maryland but you are not paying Deep Creek prices. Shari was incredible to communicate with - kind and quick responses! She was able to give me a ton of local recommendations for restaurants and must-see parks! Instructions were easy to follow and the location of the air bnb was easy to find! It was on the most tranquil and beautiful property. A wonderful place to relax after a day of work or exploring all the local parks! “Alice’s place” was the most clean Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything you could need along with the stunning bathroom that made you feel like you were in a resort! There was a washer and dryer along with Alexa devices too! I was in awe at “Alice’s Place” and had the most wonderful stay! I would recommend it to any and everybody! I will most certainly be back!

The Lucky Duck is a very calm and relaxing place to stay. We enjoyed the views and the local population of ducks and geese who welcomed us as we came and went. The place was spotless & spacious and had all the little things we needed for a great visit. Would highly recommend booking.

We stayed there for 4 nights and intend to return for a longer stay. Roxanne has made it a great place to stay. It is spacious and has unique features, if you enjoy history then this place has the original wood doors but is also tastefully updated with all modern conveniences. Roxanne went out of her way to welcome us and make sure that we were settled in. Her daughter, Melissa, owns and runs Donges Diner 1 bock down on the Market Square - we ate there several times and the food was great and we were made to feel really welcome by everyone. Some people will mention the noise of the trains during the night, but as sound travels much further at night you will need to move completely out of Meyersdale if you don't want to hear them - they didn't bother us. The flat is on the first floor and has a bay window to sit in, or you can sit outside one the stair landing, watching the world go by. All in all a great place for a relaxing holiday and just down from the trail for GAP riders.

It was a great place along with affordable prices. Not too far off the beaten path from the highway. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Was very impressed with the accommodations. Would definitely stay their in the future.

Kelly’s home was clean and cozy!

Patty is a treasure. If you stay here, make sure you’re good to her! She has some rescued Dalmatians named Mickey and Minnie that will talk to you as you walk up and down the stairs, but if you’re a dog person like me you’ll just talk back some haha. I loved everything about Patty’s place, and it gave our drummer a spot to catch some more than needed rest. He was able to sleep for a whole day because of how comfortable and peaceful this place is. There’s some good food at the restaurant right on the corner, and a gas station nearby, which was really nice. Patty was very responsive and a great communicator. We talked for a good half hour or so on the porch and I enjoyed every minute! For the price and how close it is to Morgantown you cannot beat this place. It is SO much better than staying in the city! We’ve done both, and now we will be paying Patty a visit every time we are in the area!

Great comfortable place to stay located in the awesome small town of Ohiopyle. We really enjoyed the space and hot tub after a day of biking and hiking!

Although we only got to enjoy one evening at Kam’s peaceful cottage, it was well worth the drive. It was so peaceful with the window’s open listening to the birds while we cooked in the kitchen. We hope to come back to enjoy some hiking in the area.

An absolutely beautiful location! I was able to watch the leaves change in fall while soaking in the deck hot tub. The studio apartment was perfect as my home away from home while on a travel nursing assignment. I had everything I needed. I was able to bring my roku and watch my TV shows while relaxing in the recliner chair. The shower is very roomy. I love that a washer and dryer was included. The only thing I wish it had was a toaster oven…but that is a luxury not a need. The stove, toaster, and microwave were perfect for my month stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to “get away” or working in nearby by Oakland, MD. The host is wonderful and very responsive.

Great little spot to stop in Ohiopyle, with easy access to woodlands trails.

For my first time being there was really really nice. I love the small town. Never had to worry about anything. It was really nice. She was a very good host. I have nothing bad to say.

Rhoda’s place was wonderful! It was perfect for our needs over the weekend. Very cozy and clean. Rhoda was a wonderful host and thought of everything we needed. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Grantsville area!
