U Maliny - apartmán Adina

V našem stylovém rodinném ubytování se budeš cítit jako doma. K dispozici máš terasu, ohniště a pěkný výhled do zahrady. Dům se nachází u řeky a přímo na cyklostezce. Není problém schovat ti tu kola. Parkování je zdarma a nachází se 50 metrů od domu. V domě jsou dva soukromé apartmány. Jeden je tvůj (ten je v přízemí s vlastním vchodem) a druhý pro další hosty (v 1.patře, také s vlastním vchodem). Terasu má každý zvlášť a zahrada je společná. Dům majitelky se nachází v sousedství.

Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

We accommodate guests from 2 nights and 2 people (we are open to make an exception if you pay the rest of difference). During the summer months (July and August) we accommodate guests only in week cycles from Saturday to Saturday. We would like to invite you to our new family apartment. I offer a clean apartment in a quiet location (directly opposite the police). The apartment is a shared hallway. You have the apartment for yourself and all the sanitary facilities. The apartment is non-smoking. Free parking is available either in a public car park a few meters from the building or directly under the windows of the apartment. A 5 minutes walk to Penny or Tesco, as well as to the city center or the Šluknov park or bus stop. We look forward to you.

Large flat is placed in the city center, it´s a perfect point to set off to anywhere you want. It is 4 floor without lift in old house. At distanc to 500m there are several good restaurants, supermarket, caffei, information center, public tranasport, Děčín´s castle, gardens and big madow where you can relax. Just 5 minutes walk and you can try famous Děčín´s via ferrata with more then 10 ways up. Equipment for via ferrata adventure you can rent near there.
