Please note! This house is located on a quiet park where other people also relax and live, and is absolutely not a party destination. We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

The house is perfect for a (family) vacation in the Netherlands, with lots of space and a large garden. The village is very central, close to the cities of Amsterdam and Utrecht (20 mins by car), yet located in the green heart of the Netherlands near the lakes of Loosdrecht, perfect for watersports, cycling and walking in the green surroundings. Ons huis is een gezinswoning omdat we zelf twee kleine kinderen hebben. Het huis ligt op paar minuten lopen naar het centrum van het prachtige authentieke dorp. Abcoude heeft alles wat je nodig hebt zoals supermarkt, bakker, restaurants, café, slijterij, pinautomaat, artsen, apotheek en een boekhandel.
