We loved our stay! The house was beautiful and very well maintained. Everything was made to make us feel at home. The beds were comfortable, the bath towels were high quality, there were plenty of beach towels, there were shampoos in every bathroom along with hand soaps. All these little details make a big difference! The house was very clean and decorated nicely. The location on the lake was perfect. We loved the easy access to the lake, the two story dock and the kayaks. We would absolutely stay again! Ashley was super responsive and helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Amazing!!! The moment we stepped inside we felt right at home. Collins' home is exactly as described; it's extremely spacious, immaculate and the kitchen/pantry were fantastic! My husband and I took our 2 littles and spent 5 days with my MIL, FIL, 2 BIL's and SIL. There was so much space that nobody felt on top of each other but also felt cozy snuggled in front of the fireplace talking, playing games and enjoying morning coffee or an evening cocktail! We made all our meals at the house and there was everything one would need and more! We used the firepit only once but it's a perk. The screened in porch was used and another great option for hangout space. The only thing to be mindful of is the walk to the pier is steeper than it looks. We made it work but didn't use the dock as much as we would have if it were more flat or less steep. That said, don't let it deter you bc the home is gorgeous, comfortable and clean! Collins was by far the most helpful host I've encountered!

This cottage is gorgeous!! Was a very relaxing couples weekend getaway. We relaxed in the screened-in porch listening to the creek and even explored on the trail to the creek. Definitely recommend Foothills Cafe and Dahlonega Butterfly Farm!! Sarah was an amazing host, very responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!!

Beautiful updated house, particularly the bathrooms. View of lake, golf course and mountain can’t be beat! Hosts provided lots of information about the location and things to do. Kitchen was well stocked with needed items to cook there, which was nice for our stay. Great stay with our family!

I booked this airbnb for a last minute bday weekend getaway, on the same day I wanted to check in. And the property/host responded quickly & approved my stay. I was very ecstatic! The home was lovely, everything my family, friend's & I wanted/needed plus more and also very spacious. Definitely exceeded our expectations. The host was very nice & respond quickly. Cons: the hot water runs out after 2/3 people shower & have to reheat It's only two parking spots at the home, extra vehicles have to park in the overflow. However, the extra parking area was a little further from the home than expected the jetts in the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom didn't work/ wouldn't come on

Jeff’s place was exactly as described and matched the pictures. We had more than enough space for our family of 8. We really enjoyed celebrating our 2 y/o bday here. So much so we all agreed we’d come back to celebrate other times together here! Thank you again

Perfect lake getaway house! I wish our stay were longer, but it was truly perfect for our time there. It’s in a beautiful, peaceful location, clean & well-maintained, & it was easy to get in touch & communicate with the host/management. Highly recommend!

Great house, great location! Everything was excellent, but the top of the driveway is extremely steep. Could potentially be a problem in heavy rain or snow.

We had a great time on our impromptu trip to the lake. The house was clean and the sunsets were beautiful from the dock.

a wonderful setting on a big private lot. the large screenen in porch and the boat bock were great places to hang out and view the lake and scenery.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Zoe's house. The house was close to Lake Lanier Olympic Park and Laurel Park, and not far from the downtown. Zoe's artwork, furnishings, sheets, towels and candles really set the home apart from other places at which I have stayed. We look forward to our next stay.

Here’s a suggestion for a five-star review: My family and I had an amazing stay. We evacuated from Hurricane Milton and Spencer was incredibly accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us to check in. Spencer was very responsive and quick to answer any questions, making the entire process smooth. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, which made check-in and navigating the space a breeze. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay, and would rate this as one of the most peaceful, places we have stayed. The home was very clean, modern and had everything we needed and more. The hosts were so amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home- which we absolutely did! I have already recommended this stay to several of my friends and look forward to coming back.

My family really enjoyed our stay at Lake House. The house is adorable, kitchen is so nice, love the counter tops, love the names for each room, love the playroom upstairs. It was too cold for the outside patio, but it was so pretty on the sunny days. Everyone loved the game room. We loved the short walk to the dock and enjoyed kayaking every day. Little islands are 15 min away kayaking, park is 10 min kayaking, beautiful outdoors experience. My family really enjoyed firepit outside under the stars/ or decorative lights. Master bedroom was very spacious, bed was very comfortable. House had everything we needed. We hope to come back soon. Thank you

There are super hosts and then there’s Chris. The house was great! The hot tub on the deck was a nightly endeavor. The game room was our place to chill with a great TV, ping pong table and a console arcade game with what seemed like 50+ choices. All that said what set this place on a level all by itself was the host…Chris!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The surrounding beauty was breathtaking, and the house provided everything we required to prepare a Christmas meal for nine guests. The spacious and immaculate accommodations made our stay truly memorable.

This house was amazing! Beyond our expectations. Every detail had been thought of. The family loved the billiard table and there was so much room everyone was able to have their own private space. The sheets and towels were top of the line and matched everything else in the house. The kitchen had every appliance you could think of. We will definitely come back and refer our friends.

I cannot say enough about this place! I am local to the area and needed a breath of fresh air to get away, and boy did I get that. The house is nestled in a spot of trees, quiet area, and you have a great view of the valley right through the trees off the back porch. Great sunlight on various parts of the porch throughout the day, and stays breezy and cool enough at night that even on an 80° day, you can still pop in the hot tub after dark. Sometimes it even gets cool enough before that! Tons of board games provided, and killer living room space. The kitchen is also a dream! The hosts provided laundry pods, and dishwasher pods. I thought this was really thoughtful. Any questions I had were answered, and I really didn’t have many. Multiple wildlife sightings, including deer, owls, and a bear. Perfect porch for my dog, there are gates on both sides. I could keep going, but just book the trip. 10/10 recommend, and I will be back.

The house was great and we had a wonderful time. Our kids especially loved the loft with the foosball table. Only minor inconvenience was the TV struggled to connect to the WiFi. We had to restart the TV 3 times throughout our two night stay to get it to connect. The host was communicative and helpful to troubleshoot the problem but hopefully they get that figured out as it was annoying. Otherwise, Big Canoe is a beautiful place and the cabin had everything we needed

Melissa did a great job of cleaning. The hot tub did not work for a little, but she fixed it by the morning. Very cute place. Great stay.

Cabby McAmazing! My family and I had the best time here! Very cozy and inviting! The host were very accommodating and the cabin is beautiful. Lovely views and a peaceful community. We stayed here during Thanksgiving and the warmth of the place made it feel at home. Everything we could think to need (or forgot) was there. The cabin is very spacious and very decorative. Definitely a 10/10, we loved it!

Me and my bridal party used Brittany’s place as our cabin for my wedding weekend and I could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay for that weekend! The place is BEYOND beautiful and Brittany was amazing and helpful and responded quickly! I showed pictures of our place to everyone I saw when they asked where me and my group were staying and they all were in awe! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in big canoe and would want to come back again!
