Little Farm House

Country home with beautiful landscape, cows in the pasture, chickens in the coup! This is a working farm so there is someone on the property at times. If your looking to relax and unwind this is the place for you. Not a far drive to local eateries and shops. Drive a little further and hit the NC Zoo or Carowinds amusement park approx. one hr. drive. Close to Mocksville BB&T ball field BMX park Tanglewood park in Clemmons Ten miles to Salisbury. Welcome to a serene retreat nestled among a wooded forest, a gurgling brook, a candlelit fairy house and trail, the cutest and most loving pony ever and his equine friend, Ginger, a gentle chestnut mare. The charming cottage features warm wood floors, two inviting bedrooms downstairs, along with a spacious living area and a well-equipped kitchen. An additional bedroom upstairs offers extra comfort and privacy, accommodating at least two guests, and a beautiful view of the outdoor splendor.

Village Brook

The Village of Clemmons provides a good variety of restaurants, coffee cafes and grocery stores to choose from. Village Brook is 10 minutes to Winston Salem and around 30 minutes from Greensboro and High Point. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is inviting to walk through. Tanglewood Park is only a few minutes away as well. The Park offers a par 3 golf course, horseback riding and miles of paved trails to walk. Wake Forest University is 15 minutes from Village Brook.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars at this rustic A-frame nestled away in the woods bordering a natural spring fed creek. Enjoy food from the grill followed with s'mores by the fire pit. Lift the side wall up with ease to expand your space out onto the deck and immerse yourself into nature. A quiet getaway at our family farmhouse built in 1951 and totally updated in 2021. Enjoy solitude with a queen size bedroom, sleeper sofa for two, 2 oversized twin beds 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen, den & dining. Not handicap accessible. This private entrance, NOT shared, spacious open plan apartment includes a king bed, sofa, dining area, work space, plus a private full bathroom. The property is located 1-1/2 miles from downtown Mocksville and Interstate 40. Travel time is 25 mins to Winston-Salem & Wake Forest University, 22 mins to downtown Statesville. The living space is located on the 2nd floor and the bathroom is on the ground floor. There are 15 steps between the 2 levels.
