The property was exactly how it was described and posted in the photos. It's spacious, plenty of space for our family including the backyard, terrace and patio. The kitchen has all we needed. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was great and hot water worked well. The location is cool and we didnt even need AC or fan. It's a plus that they have Starlink for Wifi and a guest profile for their Netflix account. We would love to comeback next time for a family staycation and stay longer than overnight. I highly recommend this property if you're a big group or family.

Noemi’s place is accessible and just about right for a family of 6. I also liked the fact that our fur baby Tessa was welcome in her place. Salamat po, Ms. Noemi. We will definitely come back. Puhon.

Although we only stayed for 1 night, the location is good. It is near SM City Davao and there are restaurants within the area. The host is very responsive; communication is very easy. The place could accommodate a large group of people. AC units were functioning. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

Homey vibes with a balcony view. Walkable to a church where we spent Black Saturday and to lots of establishments - laundry shop, massage, minimart, carenderia, etc. complete with things - from flat iron, blower, to kitchen stuff. Nice owner, he asked updates on our check in process. Also responds quickly to queries.

The host is proactively communicates. Friendly and the place was really great and peaceful. Will diff still rent this place when I comeback.

Responsive host. The living and dining area is quite tight for 6 persons but the entire unit is fine. Bedrooms were spacious enough and comfy. Condiments were available and free to use. Smoking is allowed in the balcony which is convenient for smokers. We encountered issue during checkout but the host was professional and understanding throughout the ordeal. My apologies again to the host for what happened.

Grace (the host) is very responsive, hospitable, and accommodating to all our needs and questions. The place itself is very cozy, comfortable, and clean; perfect for a family or friends trip. The location is very convenient (close to the airport and multiple malls, with restaurants and stores next door) and secure as it is right next to the guard house. The aircon is cool and the wifi is very fast. The amenities and facilities included are greatly appreciated. We had a little trouble with the freezer as it finds it hard to keep frozen items cold. Overall, this is highly recommended and is one of the best airbnbs offered in Davao City, 10/10.
