It's a nice and peaceful place to unwind far from the city life. Not a beach front area but pretty close and you can walk for few minutes to the beach. No wifi provided but signal is strong for your own data. No tv provided. Overall it was a relaxing stay and Evie our pet dog was very happy too, she had freedom to roam around the area even with other animals around.

Great! Super responsive hosts and easy to talk to when it comes to requests. They even provided tips for us. Every detail provided for in their airbnb is accurate. It was a breeze checking in. The place is clean and so homeeeey. It is also just along the highway so it’s very easy to find. Special thanks to Ms. Joan for her excellent customer service! ❤️

Great place for a family reunion. Rooms were spacious and staff very helpful, they even cooked food we bought from the local fishermen. Going down the street to Lingayen beach walk is worth it as the beach across the street can sometimes be filled with trash after the fisherman's haul. It was still a nice beach though. Overall I would stay here again.

Very nice place, the rooms are clean and cozy and the kids enjoyed swimming. Also, you have very accommodating and friendly staff. Thank you so much for being an awesome host. :)

We also loved the beach access, which made it so easy to take long walks along the shoreline. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Getaway – Would Stay Again! We had a wonderful stay at Kings Manor from April 16–18! The place was exactly as described—sparkling clean, stylish decor and incredibly cozy. The location was ideal for a quiet retreat away from the noise of the city. Fernando was a gracious and responsive host, making check-in a breeze and offering helpful local tips. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, the pool and peaceful balcony. Minor note for future guests: Flies inside the unit but it wasn’t an issue for us as they have provided swatters and repellants. Overall, we highly recommend this rental and would love to return! We had a great time at Kenneth's place. We stayed one night only but worth it. I brought my family and friends total of 26 people. This place have six rooms and plenty of beds that able to accommodate more than 26 people. Each rooms has own bathroom and shower. Kuya Kenneth offered us e-trike to use for free if we needed to buy something from convenient store. Clean rooms, kitchen, huge space, no time limit on karaoke which 10/10 for us. The only one I did not like was the smell came from the bedroom/bathroom downstair. I did not complain to the caretaker cause I thought it was coming from the aircon and will go right away. It took probably 30 minutes or so and it came back. I sprayed my perfume to the room and it helped. Would be nice if they have separated toilet to use downstair for everyone since we had been using the one toilet in the 1st floor bedroom and my mom kept waking up. But, overall it was a great stay. Thank you! Kenneth told me that swimming pool will be added soon.

Our stay at Ms. Cathy’s private beach villa was awesome and had a wonderful experience. The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and very private, with large rooms that were perfect for our family. The host was responsive, and the caretakers on-site were very helpful and accommodating. Wi-Fi also worked well during our stay, which was a nice bonus. There are a few things that could use a bit of tweaking, like the lighting—especially around the grill area, so you can enjoy the beach view even at night. One of the toilets wasn’t flushing properly, but it was quickly fixed by the caretaker, which we appreciated. Despite the minor issues, we truly loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place. It’s peaceful, comfortable, and great for family getaways.
