Cool Designer Apartment with Stunning Retro Details

**Only handheld photography or videography allowed: NO tripods please, they scratch the floor** -The large windows look out over a tamarind tree-lined street and across to French colonial-era architecture just steps from the heart of Vietnam’s most vibrant city. - Stay in my apartment that is on the 3rd floor ( no elevator ), in a quiet clean neighborhood. - The apartment can comfortably accommodate 2. - One Queen size bed with comfortable mattress. - An Android TV 55 inches with a nice speaker system brings you good ambience for films or to relax by music at night. Chromecast and Apple TV 4K are available for your use. - A iMac 22 inch is available for you to search information with the highspeed internet. - The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, tea and kitchen appliances to allow for home cooked meals with dishes, plates, knives , forks.. - A wash/dry machine also ready. Transportation to my place: - Taxi: from Tan Son Nhat International Airport, you take a taxi to Nguyen Hue Street (downtown district 1, HCM City) and you are 1 minute away from my place. - The Building of " 90 Nguyễn Huệ street " to my place is full of boutique coffee shops and arts galleries. Take your time to enjoy some essences of the city. - Bus: if you consider using public buses, proceed to Bus 109 and arrive at Ben Thanh Station then it’s about 5 minutes walking to my place. All equipment and facilities are provided for your usage. I have been working in F&B industry and a freelance photographer for years in HCM City; thus feel free to talk to me or let’s hang out in a café to discuss about the local cuisines, fine arts, photography in the likely event that you may be interested. Studio apartment with unique design located in a lovely alley in Saigon Center. The studio is located on the 2nd floor of a townhouse, of which the 1st floor is the lovely BeanThere cafe. It only takes a few minutes to reach attractions and nightlife activities. Besides, there is also a kitchen to cook basic meals. Me House 06: An apartment that is renovated in an ancient building in the central of District 1 with incredible view from private rooftop and even from the bathtub. Located on the 4th floor of the building (don't have elevator) in the center of District 1: just a few steps to visit famous spots such as Opera house, Independence Palace, Ben Thanh market,... Staying at big Street (Ly Tu Trong) so it is really easy for you to hop in hop off taxi at the entrance of the building.
