It’s not an AirBnB, it’s a home where lovely people welcome you with open arms, lovely smile and super-friendly attitude. Uncle and Aunty (Rishabh’s parents) are one of the finest hosts, they are there but invisible. Home-cooked food, all 3 meals were delicious. They love to chat but won’t disturb if you are busy. About the place - whole of Dharamshala valley is visible from the house, Patio, garden, flowers, sound of water stream inside the complex and birds chirping all through the day, will take your breath away, I spent 5 night here and didn’t want to leave the place, I have promised myself to be back here soonest possible. Don’t miss the breakfast with Uncle and Aunty.

We stayed at Sila in Khaniyara for a night and were truly impressed. The place is spacious, serene, and thoughtfully designed—Ekta’s visual artistry and Anshuman’s fine arts background bring a unique soul to the homestay. Comfortable rooms, neat bathrooms, and artistic corners make the stay memorable. Abstract art speaks to you as you move through the space, with Ekta’s rendition of Van Gogh’s “Sunflowers” beautifully catching the eye. The rooftop restaurant is airy, welcoming, and offers a well-curated menu, while the in-house bakery and wraparound balcony with 360° views add so much character. We were even upgraded to a better room, which was a lovely surprise. The team here is exceptional—Saadil manages everything smoothly, and Anshuman is not only a wonderful host but also a great person to have deep, creative conversations with. A heartfelt, beautiful space at a very reasonable cost. We’re definitely coming back—next time for a longer stay for sure !

For a quiet stay a bit away from busy street this is it. The family is very friendly, helpful and responsive. They let me check in much earlier since the room was available, and let me leave my luggage in a safe space after checkout till my late overnight bus departure time. They went extra miles for me to accommodate my needs. The view from the room is exquisite and so is the food. I will be a repeater when I come back to Dharamshala.

Ram was responsive all times. The place was clean, but a little difficult to find with lots of stairs. The Tibetan food here can be made a little better. The staff was very friendly and amicable. My overall experience was excellent and felt like home

It was beautiful property. we were 3 friends and enjoyed ourselves at the property. Everything was neat and clean within reach. It was a peaceful location and we could travel to mcleodganj easily by our car. Care taker Sandeep is very nice and humble person, 5 stars for him as well.
